Very quick and easy to order and the basket was delivered the next day. My mother in hospital was delighted with the contents and especially with no visitors allowed, it was an affordable way to show her I was thinking of her.

I couldn't see a place on their web site to provide the message and preferred delivery date (of the fruit basket) but I just sent an email with this information and it was confirmed by return very shortly afterwards.

The customer service was outstanding. I made my purchase early in the morning and received an email a few hours later asking whether I wanted to include a note or a card. The order was then delivered by midday. The individual to whom I delivered it noted the fruit was very fresh and free of flaws.
