Terrible experience with a fraudulent company. After reading other reviews with countless people experiencing the exact same issue as my self it's very clear it is not a glitch in the system but a thing funcasino do to to avoid honouring their own welcome offers. So you create a account and opt into the bonus offer, your account gets verified and everything should ge good, but little do you know they purposefully don't activate deposits on your account for the express purpose of making your first deposit fail. They then email some dribble saying "We have received notification that you were not able to make a deposit. We have now enabled your account to allow deposits, but the bonus option is currently switched off. Please note that this is only temporary. Once we have seen regular game play without any bonuses issued, we will activate the bonus function again". Intentional as day and I have already contacted trading standards regarding this fraudulent company and its practices.

Would rate 0 if i could. Blocked me from their sh** sites for some reason and won’t allow me to use bonus offers. Told them they’re scammers and they closed my account without my consent stealing my remaining balance. STAY AWAY!!

Tried to do the new customer bonus offer, they advised there was a glitch in the system. 24 hours later they emailed me to say I can now deposit funds but I need to prove myself by playing before they will agree to give me the bonus they advertise for new customers.

They asked for a bunch of documents after making a deposit and don't want to give me the money back. I'm not going to send my documents to this company and I don't recommend them to anyone. They're stealing my money.

Only reason a 4 star rating is there are a few thirdparty slot providers who should be creating gamrs for fun and atually not for their own profits.

Unsolicited email advertising! I didn’t sign up for so why should I have to unsubscribe! Annoying!

I deposited €510 at FunCasino and built my balance to over €10,000 through normal gameplay. I never used bonuses and played only with my own verified account.

After requesting a withdrawal, I first received an email saying a “fee of €10,156.20” had been applied — which already made no sense. Then, they claimed I had used a VPN and decided to void all my winnings, refunding only my original deposit and permanently banning my account.

I have never used any VPN, proxy, or masking service on my devices. My KYC verification was approved on 25 September, confirming my identity and location right before the winnings were confiscated. Despite several requests, the casino never provided any technical proof of VPN usage — just repeated the same accusation.

This experience has been extremely disappointing. Players deserve transparency, fair treatment, and evidence-based decisions — not arbitrary confiscations based on unsupported claims.

Stay away , would give my experience with this brand 0 stars . 3 deposits (over 400 spins and haven't seen the bonus feature) . Another big issue is the delay on your deposits, you can easily make 2 or 3 deposits having the impression it didn't go thru and then after 5 minutes you realise that you deposited more than you wanted. Also another big red flag is at the session profit feature were the balance it's updating itself before you seeing the results of the spin ....so definitely won't be playing here anymore !!!!!!!!

The UK gambling commission specifically rules this practice as against licensing rules however funcasino simply doesn't care... avoid this casino at all costs!!!
