The socks are great. It’s a shame they take so long to arrive.

Was a bit sceptical about these but have been using them for a couple of weeks and they are definitely helping. I've seen a big improvement.

Took ages to arrive then far too big with absolutely no compression,even though I'm a size 7 and socks are a small/ medium!! Also being bombarded with emails trying to sell further items!! DO NOT BUY!!

I have mild neuropathy in my feet & it has been painful to walk. These socks have made such a difference to how they feel now that I have been wearing them through the night. The pain has greatly reduced & that makes me feel so much better! Thank you

Hi I suffer from arthritis, Raynaud,s syndrome,
And neuropathy in my feet and bought the compression socks they are fabulous I wear them to bed every night I am waiting on a new pair. So I can wash them .

These socks did nothing at all for my plantar fasciitis … they offered no compression & no relief.

I am a UK size 4 the size chart said the small is from a UK 4. Maybe they are too big & the sizing needs to be looked at or an XS manufactured.

The money back guarantee is a farce… i tried to claim back & was told i could only do this if they were in the original packets which i didn’t have. Why do they need original / torn packaging … its ridiculous it cant be re used.

SCAMMERS BEWARE!!! These were just awful, I had a small and they were not tight at all, they did nothing so when I asked for my refund within the 90 days, I was told I had to send them to China at my own cost of around £14 to get my refund, or I could keep them and they would give 25% of my money back! Complete scammers

I had swollen feet . Tablets just did not work . First night of wearing the socks the swelling virtually disappeared . Works perfectly for me. I lent a friend a pair , her feet after wearing one night exactly the same reaction as mine .

These are a complete waste of money. Absolutely no effect whatsoever. I still suffer with pain in the ball of my foot and the heel of the other. They have done nothing to relieve this. Don’t be drawn into the so called research - it’s absolute rubbish.

I have neuropathy in both feet. This means my feet are always cold, kind of numb, pain due to bunions and after a long walk I got severe leg cramps. I bought hoka shoes and these socks and haven't had a leg cramp since. I can walk for over an hour without pain. I wear these socks to bed as well and they keep my blood circulation optimal throughout the night as my feet do not get cold.

Functional aid fever knee massager.
First one the massage feature broke after 4 weeks. This was replaced by FA for free. Replacement one the massager again broke within 60 days.
Now FA will give no refund and no replacement as outside the original 90 day purchase date.
Very disappointing. Do not buy this product.

Ive been experiencing pain in my heels for some months.
On goggle seaching the pop up adds popped up.
This one caught my eye, descibed and named my symtoms which was a relief in its self. i didnt follow up.
However as my 23hr flight to melbourne loomed i revisited the add. My fear was not being able to walk of the plane.
So having read the back story decided to order.
The delivery time was slower than id hoped but fell within time offered.
The communication ( I complained) was prompt polite, constructive.
The socks arrived as we where pulling out of the drive to go to Gatwick!!!
I waked of that plane realitively pain free.

They work perfectly for me and my type 2 diabetis NO more aching feet at night peace

Ordered for my wife who has been in pain for many months, after a couple of weeks use she is now pain free and she is delighted.

No pressure.
Poor quality.
Firm expects me to send back with a tracking number. Not based in the UK will cost over £10 to send back. Not impressed

Functional Aid Socks had no compression! Zero value.The company is sympathetic but I will have to buy more to receive a future discount or pay to ship back.
