Early problems, but solved quickly. Very good support as it turns out
This company are an outright scam. They will not pay you. Raise a ticket to support and they will ignore you and then block you if you complain. I was eligible for a payout and their system blocked it. I submitted evidence to support the request to support (despite their own systems clearly showing I was eligible), still no payment going through a day later. I complained about the service on Discord and was blocked for 6 days (starting today). I was even blocked from the support ticket I submitted. The worst Futures prop in the business by far.
Edit: I have to change this review now, it's only fair. The issues were due to back end problems with their systems. The Discord blocking was due to an overwhelmed mod (which is understandable). Once they were fully aware of the issue the reponse was good. I was contacted by the CEO who liased with me throughout the process of support fixing the issue. This to be fair is above and beyond support in this day and age. All problems solved and funds received. If my next withdrawal goes without a hitch I will return to give a 5 star rating, they will deserve it. Very pleased it was all sorted out as it has to be said the trading conditions and account paremeters are top notch at Funded Futures.

No payouts with zero communication
I am currently going on about a week without receiving payment. Others in the Discord are nearing a month. There has been no communication from the Funding Futures support other than "just trust us" and "be patient."
The COO as well as the moderators have all acknowledged that the lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable -- and that again was a week ago, and we have heard nothing since.
My trust has been completely eroded in this company, and all it would have taken to float it a bit more is open communication about what is going on and when we can expect a resolution. This is how many of us make our living, and these delays directly impact our ability to fulfill our obligations.

Funding Futures - One of the top Prop Firms in 2025
I have had an excellent experience with FF so far. I use several of the well known firms in the Industry and I really like their dashboard layout. It will need tweaked as does anything, but overall its a great set up. I love the no activation fee and customer service is responsive. The website needs fixed where you can contact customer service while you are logged in, not just on the main site page. i.e.; the dashboard needs the blue circle in the bottom right of the page as well. There path to payout is one of the best in the industry and has the fewest restrictions. Ive really enjoyed working with them so far. Main problem is payouts take too long to review and for profits to be removed from the account on Tradovate. I dont want to miss trading days waiting for approval, but it seems thats where we are at at the moment, I would expect that to change. Overall, Ive enjoyed partnering with them thus far.

This Prop firm is best when it comes to…
It took weeks to get paid but i received my payout. I hope it will be within advertise which is 48-72 hours next time.
Forget the old review i posted below. This post is after a month with them. They just give you headache and bullcrap not to give your payout. still asking for your patience after 3 weeks of requesting patout? just save your money and time and go to better firm. Im sorry but im just telling the truth. big discount is not worth it.
This Prop firm is best when it comes to support. theyre nice and would respond promptly. The price is cheaper than most firm. i would recommend to every trader to try it.

Scam of a company tried to bill me again after cancellation..
If you are reading this is a honest review, DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ENGAGE THEM NOR BUY ONE ACCOUNT FROM THEM. If you do whatever happens to you is your problem.
First I bought accounts and passed 3 evals with this company they said takes 24-48 hours it took them 72+ hours. I got multiple emails talking about me passing the eval and how I should start trading. Then a few hours later they sent an email my funded account has been cancelled.
They found a way to remove my review but hey I am back again
After cancellation of my accounts I'm even emailed them they tried to bill me again.
If you doubt me go to the payout section of their discord and see that only 5 or 6 people have been paid since January.

I also have evidence to share with trust pilot.
Stop trying to contact me i am very ready to share evidence with TrustPilot lets talk to Trust Pilot, stop reaching out to me.
You Tried to bill me after i sent an email and it is written you cancelled it and you tried to bill me again. If you are you so sure let me put the evidence on your reviews.
Like i said instead of using the energy to fight my reviews focus simply on doing a better job and stop billing people after you claimed you cancelled all the account and after i cancelled. is that not a scam company behavior

Firstly, passing an evaluation does not override our platform’s compliance requirements. In your case, our system flagged multiple breaches of our trading rules at the time, which automatically disqualify accounts from moving forward into funded status, a standard practice among all reputable prop firms. But since we already removed the rule in topic, we reached out to you offering a to deliver the funded account or a refund, however, you no longer replied to us.
While we understand that our system still charged you even though your accounts are already inactive, be advised that the Accounting Department swiftly acted to fix the issue.
As for payouts, we process them regularly, and our payout channel is not a complete record of all transactions, it showcases select trader highlights with consent. Most of our traders choose privacy, and we fully respect that.
Reviews such as "Kelly Ann’s" are not verified indicators of platform performance, and while we welcome honest feedback, we do not allow repeated posting of misinformation in public channels. Users who violate those terms may be removed to protect the integrity of our community.
We have nothing to hide, and our team is always available to address legitimate concerns professionally.
