Loved the amount of attention we received from the customer support team. This was our primary reason for choosing to go with Fundrazr for our campaign. Plus, their payment options are very flexible, with accommodation of both credit card and Paypal. That flexibility worked wonderfully for our global campaign audience.

Fundrazr is very straightforward, easy to use, with no hidden fees. The visuals are easy to manipulate, including photos for perks. We were very happy to see that it reached a wide audience and that we hit our goal.

Wonderful wonderful. I would suggest correcting the feature for displaying columns of text. On the mobile platform it goes bonkers, even on the desktoo site it'll glitch. Often Funrazrs own ads will cover a portion of the top right of the story box.
It would be fantastic to have access of the dor's email adresses for relaying thank yous and further correspondence in case a gift was promised!

The process was easy for both me and contributors

This was really easy to set up and manage. Some people informed me that they got error messages when they tried donating, but it worked well for the most part. I'll definitely use this again if I need crowdfunding in the future and will certainly recommend it to others in the future.

FundRazr platform is easy to use. Thats the good thing.

But there are money issues that require attention. I am based in Bangkok but donors are from everywhere in the world. Mostly in US, HK and SG. Because I can only use paypal, and my paypal account is in Thai Baht. Donors from US were hesitated as they don't know thai baht. It will be easier if Fundrazr can provide credit card services as well.

Another issue is that, I still don't know does Fundrazr charge any platform fee. Because the net amount shown in fundrazr transaction page is not the more than the net amount finally in my paypal account. Although the difference is not big, it would be much better to know as every cent count in small scale fund raising for very grassroot non profit.

Contacting this "company" is impossible.
They don't even have a phone number to contact them.
Multiple emails have gone unanswered.
I'm mad as hell and will not let them get away with ignoring me and my family.

Today, I brought together women who are chronic health warrior and survivors of abuse. Each and everyone has thrived beyond any future they at one point in their past could barely imagine.

The film that I am making, seeks to celebrate the resiliency, strength, beauty and joy each and everyone of us has, no matter what life throughs at us!

Without this platform, I would not have been able to feed the women who gave of their spirit and time today. It is allowing me to pursue post production quality that was out of my reach before, and I am looking forward to sharing this film far and wide.

I have nothing but good things to say about my fundraiser for an Alinker walking bike and the way you guys helped share it on social media-I reached my goal in 6 hours!

When you don't know what you're doing, you need somebody to help you and Fundrazr and people on the Alinker staff did a wonderful job of helping me work through the process.

Overall really enjoyed the experience. There were some aspects that I did not feel were user friendly.

This was a great experience and we are filled with gratitude!

With its free basic package, Fundrazr made it that much easier for me to launch a micro-publishing project where every penny counted. The only fee was the paypal transaction fee! The tools available for the free tier were absolutely perfect for my needs!

The accounting got a little confusing for me after fundraiser deductions and combining payments cause me undo extra accounting.

FundRazr was an excellent tool for us to raise funds for the alinker walking bike. It was so easy to set up and use and was really informative on how to create a page that would attract more traffic to it. I would recommend to anyone
