I made the mistake of ordering the fidget mat via Tik Tok. The mat I received is damaged and noone will help me with a return or replacement because the return window has closed. Yes I should have checked the package earlier but I was away and the mat is unusable, very disappointed children.

Ordered a number of times, great products especially anything Funky branded. Excellent TikTok videos 👏👏 and all started by an 11 year old 👏👏

Well I honestly don’t know what to say! Some of these reviews make me sad!😔 Funky is nothing short of amazing!🧡 I have had hundreds (feels like it) 🤣 of orders from them and me and my son have visited in person, I watch all the lives too. We have only ever felt seen, heard and loved by the funky team. They all work so so hard and truly care about the customers and people around them. They truly deserve all the success they have! I am so proud at how they have grown. Never had a problem with any of my orders and all the staff have been kind and welcoming to us. Funky hold a special place in our hearts and we will always continue to support them. Please go visit them in person too, the shop is amazing. We love you Team Funky 🧡🧡xx

Terrible checkout system. Twice now the items have been added to my basket as soon at they drop, all in stock then goes through a QUEUE of 4 MINUTES to checkout then by that time it all comes up out of stock! The system is awful and caused much disappointment.

The best staff!! Super friendly and So helpful with great choice of all things sensory. I love their own funky brand stuff. The staff always make time for my little girl to make sure she can have a good look at the selection.

Terrible company waited all day for the NeeDoh drop they so called had loads of got 2 things in my basket then my things went out my cart

I’ve been ordering from Funky Fidget Shop for years. It’s been a delight to watch them grow as a business. They have always been and remain professional, kind, fair, and most importantly authentic. My son loves nothing more than a delivery from Funky and so do I!

The shops customer service is next to none! The products are amazing quality, and some of the best I own!

I’ve ordered quite a few times and have consistent positive results. Any issues have been handled quickly and with kindness and genuine understanding. Shipping can be a bit pricy but there products are priced fair and high quality (their own brand is great)

Be aware buying from these people. The items received are not original. They are cheap versions of copies. Avoid if you want genuine products that don’t smell or are laced with unhealthy chemicals.

I’ve ordered from Funky Fidget Shop well over 15 times now and have got more than 65 products altogether — and I swear, never ever had a single issue or problem with anything at all!

The staff are absolutely lovely — honestly customer service is impeccable, they’re always so friendly, helpful and just great to deal with. Also love their lives so much, always such a nice atmosphere and fun to watch!

And wow, the packing is always spot on too — everything comes so neat, safe and really well wrapped up so nothing ever gets damaged or broken.

Special shout‑out too for the Needoh drops — honestly brilliant! They really don’t make my kids cry at all like others I’ve tried before, such great quality.

Just honestly such an amazing shop all round — wouldn’t go anywhere else now!

Awful company. Their customer service is appalling. Their products are all white label and horrific quality. They are bullies too. Regularly being rude about people or other businesses on their lives. They really act like they are so much better than everyone else. I have had my own bad experience and I have heard many others have had bad experiences too. They laugh and joke about being a cult and people being jealous. No hun. No ones jealous. You are just vile and rude to vulnerable people. I will never support this shop ever again and I will make sure as many people as possible know how vile this company is and the people who run it.

Ive order nearly 50 times everthing just amazing I've emailed few times how amazing there are with emailing me back just love this shop there have helpt my kids and me so much ways with there toys and there lives are amazing 😻

I have been shopping at this store and website/tikTok for over a year now, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for sensory toys & squishies. The staff couldn’t be more welcoming, treat you like a friend and have so much time for you. Even if there is a queue (there often is at the moment) they do not rush you. Customer service is fantastic if needed and often reply within 1 hour. The Funky community is so supportive and knowledgable. Thank you Team Funky, as long as the shop is open I will be a customer! 🧡 F&G

As a teacher, I contacted FunkyFidgets to ask whether they offered any teacher discounts or bundle deals for classroom sensory resources. I sent an initial email explaining that I purchase fidget and sensory items with my own money for children in my class, particularly those with additional learning needs, and that I was hoping to support a small business rather than buy elsewhere.

Unfortunately, after more than a month, two emails and a social media message, I have not received any response or acknowledgement.

I completely understand that businesses may not be able to offer discounts, and I would have been perfectly happy with a simple “no”. My disappointment is not about the lack of a discount, but the lack of communication.

The products look fantastic, which makes the experience even more disappointing. Good customer service starts with responding to potential customers, even if the answer is no.

Would have loved to support this business, but I ended up purchasing elsewhere.

Only had positive experiences with this business. Made plenty of orders over the last couple of years and only had issues once or twice (which were resolved). My go-to stop for sensory and fidget toys

The fidgets were great my daughter loves them spent her birthday money no complains great customer service was amazing she got a sticker free lolly and a card from Ashe she has no regret recommend
