Good day,
Thank you for raising this concern. After reviewing your case, we note that the damage claim window has closed. We prioritize customer satisfaction by promptly providing replacements for damages reported on the delivery day, as we’ve done for others, but this claim was submitted four days later. We offered a professional touch-up service and a $363 in-store credit, which you declined, and we’re sorry for any frustration expressed. We remain committed to resolving issues and greatly appreciate your business.
Sincerely,
The FurnishMyHome.ca Team
Update:
In the public interest, we'd like to provide an update regarding this review. Here is a link showing the tabletop scratches in question — they appear to be minor and consistent with typical wear from normal use. Feel free to copy and paste this into your browser to view:

Despite this, the customer has portrayed the item as if it were completely destroyed, creating a misleading impression that does not reflect the actual condition of the product.
Unfortunately, even after our good-faith efforts to address the situation professionally, the customer has chosen to keep the product while obtaining a refund through a fraudulent chargeback.
What’s also concerning is the customer’s ongoing campaign of online harassment and slander across multiple platforms. A pattern of behavior that reflects an intent to damage our reputation rather than resolve a genuine issue.
We work hard to serve our customers with honesty, fairness, and transparency. It’s disheartening to be targeted this way despite doing everything right.
FurnishMyHome.ca will continue focusing on delivering value and success, standing by the principles that have earned us the trust of thousands of satisfied customers.
