New bed purchase
We purchased a bed 18/12/24 and initially was being dealt with by George who was a new employee.
We then had Ben join us to support his colleague.
I happy to say what a really enjoyable experience we had during this sale both guys where great and Bens knowledge of the product was second to none..

Outstanding service by this company
Outstanding service by this company, particularly a chap called Jonathon. We have moved from Cornwall to Hampshire just before Xmas, so thought delivery would be an issue and we’d have Xmas Dinner on trays sat on camping chairs…….
The Items we ordered, suite, dining table and six chairs were with us in our new Hampshire home within six days of purchase and before the 23rd Dec as promised!! Absolutely amazing, cannot fault this company and thoroughly recommend them to anyone shopping there. Great range of goods and first class service. Many thanks 👍👍

great sofa bed from you guys…
I bought a great sofa bed from you guys but was disappointed with the delivery.
They didn't unwrap the sofa and take away the packaging plus fitting the arms onto the unit was very difficult, the sliding brackets were out of alignment which made it very awkward.
This would be impossible for elderly customers to achieve so to improve your service please take this on board.

We’re sorry you were disappointed with the delivery service offered. We provide two levels of delivery – standard delivery (which you chose) or premium delivery. Standard delivery does not include unwrapping or assembly. You would have been given the option to upgrade to premium delivery which would have provided the service you were looking for. We often go above and beyond with our service especially if we find we are dealing with maybe an elderly, vulnerable customer who might struggle to assemble their furniture.
We take all feedback seriously and would thank you for taking the time to write your review.

Very polite and thoughtful brought the bed up stairs to are bedroom and told us that parts are in side of the bed delivery driver where excellent thank you

No predatory sales people in here.....
Having being pounced on be predatory sales people at several other furniture stores nearby, it was great to go in to be met politely and offered assistance if we needed it. Kevin answered all our questions about the furniture we were looking for. He was knowledgeable, polite and really helpful. We were so impressed we went back to buy some more furniture - completely bypassing the other stores. Again, Kevin helped us and we have ordered a new suite to go with the other furniture we bought. A special mention also to the gentleman (sorry - can't remember his name) who sold us a mattress. Again, he was knowledgeable, helpful and polite.

Ordered 6 Cooper dining room chairs , had a issue with two of them contacted Furniture World who responded immediately and replaced without any problems .
Jade at customer service was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble, replied and kept in contact updating me on delivery etc,a credit to your company thanks Jade, will not hesitate in buying from furniture world again they are a great company.

Excellent service
We visited the Plympton store to buy a bed and Ben was really helpful and answered all our questions. He kept us informed about our delivery date. The two delivery drivers were polite and respectful. They fixed our new bed and headboard together and took away all the packaging. Excellent service from start to finish. Would recommend this store.

Excellent from start to finish
Ollie was brilliant at answering all my questions and giving me all measurements and pricing.
Delivery was quicker than I expected and the 2 man crew that delivered the furniture were very polite and efficient. The whole process from selection to delivery was painless and very professional. Would recommend and use furniture again

Very helpful and knowledgeble
Very helpful member of staff who was not pushy but had excellent knowledge of the stock so helped us greatly to choose between one mattress and another. Excellent quality. Prices were good and it was delivered quickly.

Attentive service and good advice in Newquay branch
Great support and advice received in the Newquay branch. I had a specific dilemma regarding the replacement of a broken sofa and was unsure what type/colour to choose.
They couldn’t have been more patient and helpful and in the end I was very happy with the choice I made off the back of the advice I received. It was not a choice I would have considered making on my own.

The delivery guys from Redruth were superb. Despite really tight corners and narrow passages in our 17th century cottage, they worked a way of getting the bed up two floors. Really impressed. Thanks so much.
