Deceptive Service Practice
I see from the reviews someone else had this same issue. After the contract expired Fusion Connect said it auto renewed for an additional 12 months and refused to provide documentation to back this claim. After that additional year was up and paid, a final fee and termination fee were charged. Then 14 months later they said almost $5k is owed. I believe this company is running scams to force people to settle even though they are no longer on contract or receiving service. We won't be settling and may be asking the the office of the AG to take a look at this.
