Excellent customer support
When returning home after a holiday I found the dreaded red light on top of my modem with no internet connection, and a standard turn off and on didn’t work, so I phoned the service desk. It took a couple of calls to sort it all out, everyone was very helpful, clear in their instructions and charming, even when I phoned back admitting I’d messed up my password and couldn’t connect any device. Excellent customer support all round.

An absolutely seamless experience and probably the fastest installation process I’ve ever had. Quick , easy, and super fast internet! Liam is a great representative of their company and went far and beyond to get our place sorted!
Terrible broadband
Terrible broadband. Unreliable. Intermittent and most of all no support weekends. They told us to look for new broadband provider as thry could not sort out our intermittent issue reliant on CityFibre.
Is this customer service when we pay these company to provide broadband or Internet services.

Chased them for nearly 2 months after…
Chased them for nearly 2 months after many promises of being called back only to be offered a fair package and then that being taken away as it was a 'mistake' and then being offered disgusting terms for a very basic offering of fibre. Nearly £90 a month for 100mbps speeds, FULL PAYMENT of the whole contract should I want to leave within 3 years, That's over 3 grand should my business go under. Increase of costs to be £15 per year with the 3 year term ending on £142 per month for 100mbps PLUS an out of contract penalty of an extra £140 per month on top of the £142 should I not renew in time after 3 years. Honestly i've never been so disgusted with both the treatment and offerings of fusion fibre. I had used them at a previous property where they inherited my account from factco who had very fair terms but these are absolute crooks. Everyone i've told about these prices have agreed how disgusting it is. Sadly won't be using them. While Blaine was helpful, Collin was anything but.

Query re amount shown on invoice
I called Fusion Fibre to query the amount payable on an invoice I received today (16/1/2026). The amount quoted exceeded what I was expecting to pay following my renewal 24 month contract. I spoke to Megan who was very helpful and explained that an error had been made. She said that the invoice would be cancelled and the correct amount would be charged in line with the contract I had agreed to. Megan called me later in the day to explain that the amendment had been done as we had discussed. She was extremely polite and professional.
VOTE LIAM FOR PRESIDENT
I live in a suburban area which relies upon an effective, reliable and accessible broadband service to access the internet, mobile services and VOIP telephones.
My need is even greater because I’m the disabled owner of a micro business.
On Wednesday evening, my broadband failed without warning. Now, I’m to first to admit that I’m not only a Drama Queen but somewhat of a Cretin! The impact was both severe and immediate.
To speak with Fibre Fusion the following morning I had to drive to my nearest cafe for WiFi connectivity.
I’ve spoken to Liam in the past and was hugely relieved when he took my call. After giving me a virtual slap and reassured that life would still go on, he calmly told me to return home where he would call me.
Bottom line, Liam then spent the best part of 2.5 hours helping me resolve the issue, simultaneously updating my firmware.
My broadband is not only restored, but I now have a Mesh network and can even call the Samaritans if I like!
I cannot think of any organisation that has delivered such outstanding customer service in my lifetime.

Megan and Liam went above and beyond to get us connected, after a few stressful hours they managed to get us all connected in time for Christmas, a credit to their company.
Fuss free connection
Liam was very pleasant to speak to, he was patient and gave all instructions very clearly. There were no problems with getting connected. Customer service with Fusion Fibre has been excellent.

Landline issue
Having a problem with my landline which couldn’t be fixed by the Settings, I contacted Fusion Fibre. A quick phone call from Liam soon corrected the problem and for the inconvenience, he issued a free months credit. He was courteous, friendly and professional. Thank you Liam aka Fusion Fibre
