Their response was it would be another $3,000 to ensure it was accessible. He paid $1,200 for the site design which was done on WordPress and another $1,000 for yearly hosting on Web-hosting.com which should be $15/month.

Do NOT use this company. I doubt they're located in North America. Check the addresses on Google Map street view.
