I ordered one jersey which came out great but the sizing was wrong since it was manufactured in Mexico and the sizes run smaller. Ordered a second a size up and they sent me a completely different pattern and now the manufacturer was Thailand which ran too big. I contacted them with pictures, they attempted it was incorrect since the Mexico logo was stitched vs the pvc material and would send out another jersey. A month goes by with no delivery or update on shipping. I contacted them again to which they said “sorry friend, we sent you the right jersey so you won’t be getting another”.

I reported them on Shop, BBB, Apple and PayPal since both purchases were done with both. Don’t do business with them!

Oh and they deleted my order to avoid further comparison on the alternate pattern and logo that was sent.

I would give this place a 0 star!!!
Never received my order. When I go to track it. It says order not found!! SCAMMERS!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE — THEY ARE A SCAM — BEWARE!

This has been THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH AN ONLINE PURCHASE. Their customer service is a disaster, and the way they have handled my complaint is absolutely unacceptable.

I ordered a jersey that took five weeks to arrive. They sent me the wrong size, and I’ve now spent three weeks sending the same photos they keep requesting over and over again, trying to get them to fix their mistake. The “resolution” they offered me was a discount on a future purchase.

HOW MANY MORE TIMES DO I HAVE TO PROVE THE MISTAKE THEY THEMSELVES MADE?

This is not customer service. This is wasting the time of someone who paid for a product and never received what they actually ordered.

If you are considering buying from this store, my recommendation after this experience is very simple: DON’T DO IT.

SHAMEFUL. UNACCEPTABLE.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE.
PROTECT YOUR MONEY!

I'm giving it one star because I can't give it zero. The customer service is awful; they don't solve anything. They practically break every promise: the sizes are wrong, shipments are late, they don't refund the express shipping that wasn't delivered, and on top of that, you're stuck with sizes that aren't accurate. How is it possible that an XL is the same size as a M, and they think that's fine and don't try to find a solution? Don't buy from them; it's terrible, and as the customer, you're the one who loses money, not to mention they steal it.
