Future Finance have been extremely helpful when I have needed assistance. Their loan is one of the main reasons I was able to find my Master's degree.

Great service and helpful staff.
I had to arrange pretty sizeable funding for my masters degree with short notice (approx.2 weeks). Future Finance were very clear and helpful during the process. They provided clear instructions and requirements and assisted in finding alternative way to meet the requirements. Staff are very responsive over email and the phone which helped with my application, questions, and also with my payment holiday after my studies.

Future finance offered better interest rates than the banks (in 2016) and was not limited to the 10K maximum borrowing limit that banks had.

Overall, great service. You can always get hold of Future Finance quickly which I really like. Whether email or phone, you can expect a response quickly. I am kept update regularly as to the status of my payments. If you run into financial difficultly along the way, there are several options from payment holiday and if your circumstances are exceptional then they are certainly willing to listen. I have found them very helpful.

I approached Future Finance for needing some funding to undertake my MBA. It was an easy process to set up, very straightforward and approachable and excellent customer service, they are just a phone away. I highly recommend this for anyone needing that extra financial support for setting your career. The loan repayments are easy set up and flexible aswell to repay once the course is completed at good interest rates.

Good customer service, however there has been a couple of hiccups in reporting addresses and sending statements.

Never had any problems with the company. Never taken too much or too little, remained in contact when necessary and not overbearing. Recommended for a few friends who have been in a similar situation when at university. Highly recommend!

Future finance has actually saved my life. I was struggling to pay for my uni and juggled work and studies to the point of drowning myself in both. But after all that, managed to graduate all thanks to future finance.

I feel that Future finance have treated me mostly well and have kept me informed on changes on interest rates but I feel that they have not given information on how I can pay my loan quicker or clearer my loan faster.

I had a wonderful experience assessing a student for my MSc degree from Future Finance. Although the APR was/is quite high I was assisted with the funds to further my education.

I used future Finance as I wasn't able to get a postgraduate loan halfway through my MSc degree. Intial payments of the loan were really affordable and post graduation rate is quite afforable as well. The team is quite supportive and website is easy to use etc.
However, with any loan only take it out if you know you will be able to manage those payments and knowing it's always best to try and pay it off early to lower your cost of credit, so you end up paying back similar amount of money you borrowed instead of double the amount.

But overall managable student loan and which is evaluated based on potential earnings.

Future finance have always been good at getting back to you quickly and getting to the bottom of the issue. My card expired and I needed it changed and it was done with ease.

Please avoid. I know that it can look very appealing and I was desperate to get some funding for my Masters so went for it. But if you don't like debt, please know that their interest rates are HIGH, and that they will keep you shackled with debt for ages. I have been making repayments for over 5 years. I just checked and have only repaid 17% of my loan. So throughout those years, all I was paying was interest. Disgraceful.
