I ordered two pods from them, but halfway through production we realized we had to cancel one of them due to space constraints. The cancellation process was very easy, even though they were already in the production process. I received updates from them throughout the shipping and all the important information about installation and so on, which made the process smooth, which I appreciate.
I had a good experience from the start. I talked to them for six months before making a decision. I looked at several companies for a while, but I chose their red light therapy bed because of the great specifications. Their representative was competent to answer my questions and make everything happen. When the product arrived, it took a while for the electrician to disaassemble the bed cover so we could move the device into the right room, but it was possible. I have been using it for two months now. Its a great investment in my health.
I was a bit scared to do such a big purchase online especially when you can´t see the product in person, but my experience with Future Form has been great. They answered all my questions and the infrared pod was delivered to my home in Dubai on the day I agreed. Christian was very helpful and the pod arrived in perfect condition.
