I discovered Fuzzballs at a convention years ago, and am a fan of their Products. I've bought several t-shirts, pins, mugs etc. over the years. I made an order for a few items online this time as I wanted some specific for a Christmas gift (and had to get something for myself too!). The packaging of the order was fantastic. Everything arrived safe and sound, and I really loved the packing paper it came in. The items are all good quality too. The only downside I had was that the mug I ordered looked more of a faded colour than on the website, but I still like it and will use it anyway!

Amazing items, I couldn't be happier. I normally buy from them at conventions so I can see the items and get an idea of what I am buying but honestly even that doesn't do it justice as there collection is truly wonderful. Recently brought one of their tote bags and the size when I came to using it was even larger then I expected and it saved me when I had to take home more then expected, it held up perfectly despite the weight. I also love how friendly and helpful the staff are and you can tell they really love what they do and I do believe they want to do their best for their customers. Iv brought pins, mystery bags, mugs, chopping boards and all sorts and I'm yet to be let down.

Bought a mystery bag. Products overall were nice, except for the one I was only sold half of. The item was useless on its own, more like an accessory to a larger pin that I now could not use. When I contacted them and showed them that it really was only half the product listed on their site, not the full item as they told me, they ghosted me and never responded, even after I messaged them twice more.

So I won't be buying from them again whether online or at a convention. I was a big fan of their stuff but they really let me down :(

I ordered hoodie and T shirt. The quality of the products is good, it arrived wrapped nicely in colourful tissue papper with a sticker, lovely. However, it took them 9 days just to wrap and send it out, which was worrying taking into consideration the postal strikes, and the hoodie was ordered in a bright blue colour, arrived more like black. The receiver was happy anyway, therefore I won't reduce any stars for it though.

Still hasn’t arrived two weeks after ordering. Acknowledge there is a postal strike but no way of tracking order or any form of update.

I've brought Fuzzballs merch for around 3yrs now- after seeing it in HMV. I LOVE the quality of the t-shirts, enamel pins, necklace, chopping boards and most recently the Christmas decoration! I'll forever be a fan!

Took a few weeks ( it was handmade to order) but it arrived today and it's really worth the wait.

Fuzzballs are amazing!! I love there products and whenever I order anything (which is wayyyy to often lol) the orders are always sent packed with love and care.
Always delivered either early or on time and packed great!
I love all there products and will continue to purchase either from online or when at at a convention xx

I hate to give you only 3 Starts because I love love love your products! I wish I could review product by Product. Here is the breakdown:

Sweatshirt - 5 Stars - Sooo cute and comfy! I can not wait to order another one!
Keychains - 4 Stars - Cute but I wish they were printed on both sides
Mask - 1 Star - Sadly not useable. A nose wire was sent but not in the mask - not sure how to get it to stay without it being sewn on, strap sizers were included but not on the mask (those things are awful to try and attach them yourself!) the shape was poor, and it has no sinching on the chin so without the nose wire it just slides all over the place. The print is beautiful and the fabric soft on my skin... but it now just sits on my desk at home and looks quite. Kind of expensive for a desk ornament :-(
