We honestly couldn't have asked for a better solicitor than Katherine. Our sale and purchase ended up being incredibly stressful because of delays/lack of communication elsewhere in the chain, and there were times when it felt like everything was up in the air. Throughout it all, Katherine was patient, reassuring and always happy to answer my many emails and questions.

I was constantly checking in for updates (probably more than most clients!), but she never made me feel like a nuisance. She always took the time to explain where things stood, answer my concerns and help keep me positive, even when the situation was outside anyone's control.
