Their support is worthless, even though I have contacted them several times. The support Operates in a timezone far, far away, Philippines, they said. They say my payment went to another account and it seems to have disappeared. They can't or don't rectify this situation. Initially I followed the registration instructions online with their support person to ensure it was done "correctly" and no matter how many times I have contacted them, it is to no avail. I set up a meeting every day until this is resolved, but only one meeting has occured. (today they cancelled the meeting). I have reqeusted a refund, which was guaranteed, but they do not send it.

Mi experiencia con el Fx Scalper X ha sido muy buena. Para mejorar este bot lo ideal según mi experiencia es que escojas tu el lot size y no dejarlo en Auto, al final si lo dejas en Auto esto no deja de ser un Martin Gala y no es lo que yo busco.

Lo dicho, un bot estupendo que con un poco de backtesting y pruebas en demo ya deberías cogerle el truco. Seguramente de los mejores bots para tener ingresos pasivos.

First purchases this "service" 1 year ago and came to the conclusion that this product is basically nothing and they want you to pay for alot of more things. Anyway, stupid me, got scammed and learned my lesson. Blocked the service and unsubscribed.. Now 1 year later they charge my creditcard again and they silently put recurring subscription on again! There is no way to contact them on the website, only by Telegram, if you message them (sales) through Telegram, they say to email them but they give no email address. Tried to contact them through Social Media and you've guessed it, 0 response. After trying to message them everywhere, with no response, it is enough and that's why I am writing this NEGATIVE review. STAY AWAY!!!

From my honest review being a customer for 2 months, The fx scalper X is a disaster that doesn’t use stop loss and opens positions randomly, even after following the manual it has blown my account twice and when I asked support why it doesn’t have stop loss they said “it uses trailing stop loss” like WTH?!!

They cherry pick profitable results to show that it works when it doesn’t, now on the other hand Fx scalper XXX has been favorable during London session and support claims it isn’t better than their garbage fix scalper X.

I already got a refund from my credit card company so save your money and don’t purchase this garbage, I wish I knew this early on.

Fx Scalper 4X is a terrible EA that has blown both my live and demo accounts to the ground, it opens a position in middle of nowhere and keeps adding more till your account blows.

Customer support is useless and doesn’t know their own products, claimed it uses stop loss but it never does, only averaging and adding more positions on the initial loss.

My overall experience with this EA has been horrible and possibly the worst EA ever produced. Also, their Myfxbook results are not real because how can they be making money and others are losing their money and ending with blown accounts? Don’t even forget they purchased fake trust pilot reviews.

In the begining it seems like a good software program and profitable but after a while it start to drawdown up to 90% of your balance and if you're unlucky like I was your account gets stopped and emptied by their "partner" Vantage. So don't ever make the mistake of using this "robot". If any of you know a better one I would really love to know? This one is a scam!!

horrible EA, it just opens positions (no clue based on what) and keeps opening more. Insanely continuous high drawdowns of 60-80%. I will just close all positions with loss and withdraw my money as it is just a matter of time until my account will blow

The robot is working, but definitely not profitable. Using standard settings with Scalper X. Dont even try to use their XX and XXX, it immediately blows portion even of your demo account.

Then there is 4X, which costs a fortune and you are allowed to buy if for 500USD if you use their broker = the broker which gives them the most profit for you and your deposit (usually around 500-600USD per person if you deposite at least 500 USD).

If you dont wanna use their broker and wanna use your own (and they could not benefit from it), you are allowed to buy for 1000+USD. Soo kind of them.

Stay away from them. There are better robots out there :)

Absolute rubbish Ea god knows who created it places random orders no strategy what so ever keeps opening new trades the more u go in DD until your account is blown 100% avoid it way way way better Eas out there

4x scalper use 5 month. Maximum trade start wrong point then DD extremely high around (500-1200 pips). Because of account zero.

100% profitable with certain risk adjustments.

I've been using this bot since it came out, and it works exactly the way it's supposed to. It's designed as a safe, low-and-slow bot that protects your capital while growing your account over months and years. It's not meant for quick gains, and IMO you're better off running it on safe settings and leaving it alone for a few years while it makes you rich. You'll still experience DD on occasion, so be prepared for that. Not meant for prop firms, DYOR as always.

Loving it to the date, I’ve been using it for months and slowly growing my accounts.
