We apologize for this less than ideal experience. But what you are saying is totally illogical and something fishy. We don't find any user in our system using your name so we have confirmed that you are not our user. You also didn't mentioned any reference that we can ensure that you are our user.
I dont recommend
Honest review. Yes it is cheap. But it takes 24hours to give the server. And the support is not approaching well. I dont recommend this. The server are too slow that always reconnecting and cause delays. I dont know if the good reviews here are legit but the reality it worst service I encountered.
