Extremely expensive product for what it does. Doesn’t even come with instructions and doesn’t last very long. Can’t believe I fell for their marketing - will not be purchasing again. They also lie about their Trustpilot score on their website, shame on you!!

The file kit requires affixing two 'skins' to a plastic file frame. This feels and is quite clunky. The file to use as a result of having quite a bulky and long profile is less, in my view than optimum. I have achieved the same and better results with other significantly lower cost files and buffers that were considerably less cumbersome to use. I would personally not buy again.
Their cuticle balm is exceptionally good and I immediately on use ordered 2 more. It's probably the best I have ever used.
The whole kit arrives in a flat embossed cardboard box, does not feel like a premium product and I think the pricing raises expectations that the whole experience will be premium. Sadly for me it was not.

The strips and buffs attaching to the core is very deliberate. The core is yours to keep, and only the thin filing surfaces are changed, so each manicure starts fresh and clean. The slight overhang of the strip keeps it soft and flexible against the skin, which is what makes the File Manicure so gentle on the cuticle compared with a rigid file. It can feel unusual at first, and it becomes second nature within a few manicures.

Really like the fyle kits, my nails look great but I ordered an extra shiner and it never arrived, however that's now been resolved. They also do not offer the individual items for sale yet and that will be a five star review when they do!
