Great service
Great service! I had a smashed front and back glass panel replaced on a iPhone 8 and the finish has been great! They picked up and dropped off my phone on the same day and kept in communication with me throughout. I will wait to see how the work hold sup long term but as of now I would definitely recommend!

Gadgetwiz made my old iPad as good as new!
I love my I pad but just recently the battery has refused to hold a charge . I found a Company on Google , called Gadgetwiz. A very nice bloke picked it up in the morning, in the afternoon he brought it back , serviced snd with a new battery, as good as new ! Very reasonable price too. Well done Gadgetwiz!

Excellent work - I’m impressed
I used the company for the first time. My iPhone 11 Pro Max space grey was completely smashed at the back and the area around the camera was chipped. At the same time I was in quarantine coming back from a trip and I was tremendously impressed by their service. Their courier came to my location, picked up my phone, fixed my phone completely with an original part and returned my phone back to me within a few hours. What I paid for was the replacement of the back but the company managed somehow to fix the breakage around the camera. The phone is like new again. I am more than pleased with their service, the speed and updates I was getting at every stage. As a plus point, they also replaced my front screen protection film which I did not pay for. What I paid for was very reasonable considering the extent of the damage, the original part and the fact that it covered same day pick up and return to my location. I recommend the business without any hesitation.

Seemed too good to be true!
Absolutely brilliant service. Seemed too good to be true at price point and with same day collection / dropoff. But delivered to spec with highly quality phone support along the way, and phone repaired perfectly and even sanitised. Very happy and would not hesitate to recommend!

Great service
Great service! They picked my phone up in time, and we’re easily reachable when I needed to contact them. It look a few hours longer than expected, but I didn’t mind as they did a great job. Super convenient and no pushy upsells. Would recommend it to anyone!

These guys are brilliant
These guys are too class, was a bit weary at the beginning just randomly giving my phone to someone I didn’t know. But genuinely when I called / emailed about the progress of the phone the costumer service was brilliant and clear. Even left them instructions on where to leave the phone as I wouldn’t be in on the drop off and they complied brilliantly. Great service and will use again.

Really amazing customer service!
Really amazing customer service! After getting my phone back working perfectly again, I noticed I didn’t have the screen protector and cable I had order with it. Got in contact with support and they fixed it instantly with sending me a replacement cable and screen protector in the mail and a refund for them. Phone still working perfectly at the moment too! Fantastic service! Would recommend!

Expensive in comparison to a new phone…
Expensive in comparison to a new phone (new screen and glass 235 vs 349 for a new Pixel 4a) but the service was good and the fix works well

Top level service!
I needed my laptop screen fixed, after an accident at home and what can I say... fantastic service from start to finish! From sales advisor, to courier! I’m a very clumsy person with two young kids, so although I’m hoping we won’t be breaking any more devices, I know where I will be going straight away to get them fixed if we do!

Amazing - impressive service
Great service they responded immediately and organised collection for the next working day. Communication was great from start to finish so I knew a timeframe for collection and drop off. Phone was repaired fully in no time and no hassle at all. Will definitely use this service in future many thanks for such efficiency!

Disappointing experience
Disappointing experience. The driver arrived outside of the allocated slot and did not enter my building to collect my phone from the concierge. I was then notified three hours later that my phone had not been collected. Gadgetwiz then told me that it would not be possible to do the repair today nor would it be possible for the driver to collect my phone from the concierge. I was not told this when I asked Gadgetwiz to collect the phone from the concierge. No other delivery driver or courier has an issue with this standard practice. Having to physically hand over a phone is not compatible for most people who work from home and are on calls all day.
