While the Gaffs themselves are decent, communication is appalling.

I ordered two gaffs and one came the wrong size. They said they'd send out another one the right size, then they never did. I chased this up, and they said they'd look into it. They never did, three months later...

Unless the customer service improves, I'll find my next gaffs somewhere else.

Verified purchase of nude gaff. Left an unfavourable review which has been removed so their review page is edited to suit. Item totally ineffective. They do not hold securely, my right testicle forced forwards into the soft skin reminding me just how male I am. Frustrating, embarrassing and you would never risk their swimwear. No returns policy and zero empathy or assistance from customer service. Treat yourself to some decent lingerie, at this price you can afford to. Complete waste of time and money. Totally overhyped and deeply frustrating experience of trying to contact them for a resolution or even a reply. Avoid, you have been warned.

This site is 100% a scam. They will take your money and provide a fake tracking link, then they will ghost you.

I ordered on Monday they took my money but got no email confirmation no product but were very quick to take my money!!! I have emailed them 3 times and they ignore you.
Very disappointing just wish they would reply and resolve!!

This was my first time buying tucking underwear and my first time purchasing from gaff and go, and it won't be my last. When my parcel originally arrived it had a brief missing. However after emailing the customer service they immediately sent out replacements. They arrived within 48 hours and although I was expecting just one brief they sent two out of which was a lovely gesture of good will. Thank you!

Fantastic customer service and product

I ordered a pair of black swimming briefs and the seller accidentally sent a pair of black tucking gaffs. I contacted the customer service team where they were friendly and swift to sort the issue. I had the correct pair of swimwear within 24 hours of customer service contacting me. As a gesture of good will they said I could keep the incorrect item

The swimwear briefs provide a fantastic tuck and desecrate as well as very flattering they also feel high quality and well made

The black tucking gaffs are also excellent quality and provide a tight and discreet tuck too

I bought the wide tucking gaff and found it extremely secure and also comfortable to wear for long periods. It really helped smooth down my front and I was amazed with the end result when wearing it under tight fitting leggings.
The material felt high quality and this is the best gaff I've used.
No issues with delivery and it arrived after a couple days.

I ordered 5 weeks ago 70€ worth of gaffs, still to this day I did not get anything (they have 2-4 weeks commitment). Their customer service is deadnaming me and not supporting me with getting the tracking number or any information related to my package.

Even they threatened me with their legal team when I asked for a refund or told them I will take legal actions to get back my money

Full scammers. I placed an order in August, but as I was in the process of moving, I entered my old address. On the same day, I emailed them to update it to my new address to ensure proper delivery. They replied that the parcel had already been shipped. I was fine because delivery was supposed to take only 2–5 days.

For two months, I went back and forth between my old and new addresses waiting for the parcel, but it never arrived. I never received any email or tracking number (which I normally get from Royal Mail when a parcel is due). Over the next two months, I repeatedly contacted them asking for a tracking number or any update, but they either ignored my messages or vaguely said they would “check it themselves” without ever following up.

A few days ago, after two months of waiting my parcel, they finally emailed me saying there had been a problem with the delivery the past months and that’s why I haven’t received my parcel. They sent me a picture of my parcel and they shipped it again to my old address, even though I’d been communicating for two months asking them to update the address. Unsurprisingly, I still haven’t received anything. They didn’t even offer a refund.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. No responsibility, no communication, and no effort to resolve the issue. I have proof of all my emails and messages showing their lack of response. Whatever they say to defend themselves, the evidence speaks for itself. I will never order from them again.

Ordered items off of this company on the 8th of August, which was marked as "fulfilled" as soon as it was placed. 2 weeks go by and I receive an email asking me to leave a review for the items, which I had not even gotten. Nor had I gotten any notification it was shipped at all.

I send the company an email querying about my items 2 weeks after I purchased them, they reply saying "its at my processing point" and there might be delays with my local postal service (there wasn't as I've received other items from different companies by post in the time frame since that email).

It has now been more than a month in total since the order was placed, which according to their website the order should have taken 2 weeks. I've still yet to receive my items and at this point i would just send them back. And before they use their usual reply on here, no I did not miss an attempted delivery.

The company keeps taking down my 1 star review on their own website, from what I can see they take down all 1 star reviews.

I've not had a response from the company since asking for a refund or the package to be resent. After a month of no reply I ended up getting my bank to do a chargeback.

They recently replied to me, saying I was harassing them, an they would only send me my refund IF I took down my bad reviews of them. Very shady business practice.

Ordered several products. They shipped the delivery by Royal Mail Tracked 48, so all appeared good until I opened the package. They sent the wrong items. I took photos of the items and contacted the company, who said they had dispatched the correct replacements. However, after repeated attempts to get the tracking number off them or find out where the package was, over a week later, they have not sent the correct items and they are no longer replying to emails.

I would not recommended buying anything here! And it is pricy...

Although, I feel that they are expensive for one pair of underwear, I have used this brand for years and I wear them almost everyday. I can’t get enough!

Absolutely appalling. Ordered hundreds of pounds of underwear and haven’t received one email or correspondence over my order. Paid for express delivery been over 2 weeks. My emails and messages on instagram are being ignored. And my comments are being deleted on their instagram page! Don’t order from these. I’ve ordered from these before and been perfect. But looks like they are now just obviously scamming people :)

Absolutely appalling customer service i placed an order on the 21st of may its now the third of june and i haven't received my order i have sent several emails to ask what is happening but have had no response

11 days so far nothing, no update no email, nothing about my order £100+ spent and not a single response so far.
Very unhappy with this as I ordered on the 8th with express delivery hoping it to possibly arrive on my birthday (the 13th) or close to that. Can someone maybe be useful and tell me where my order is?

Horrible, after more than 3 months i still have not received my order, despite my numerous emails i have sent i was still ignored. Avoid at all costs lest you make the same mistake i did.

Avoid at ALL costs. Purchased +$150 and never received them after multiple contact attempts. It has been over 2 weeks and I paid for express delivery (3-7 days).

I bought two wide band gaffs on the Etsy website. I have gaffs from other manufacturers which look pretty, but for fit and holding power Gaff & Go are number one. You can be sure nothing will jump out of place.

My first order and will take other soon.
Products are best quality I ever had.
I can recommend.
