GAIA Filters was created with one simple belief: Better water leads to better health. The water you shower in every day should support your wellbeing, not work against it. Yet modern water systems often contain chlorine, heavy metals, and other impurities that can contribute to dry skin, irritation, and dull hair. That belief is why GAIA Filters exists. We specialise in premium shower filters designed to reduce chlorine and common contaminants found in household water, helping support healthier skin, stronger hair, and overall wellbeing. GAIA Filters help minimise exposure to these substances, transforming everyday showers into a cleaner, more refreshing experience. Our filters combine high-performance water filtration with elegant, minimalist design, making them easy to install and suitable for most homes. Every GAIA filter is built using carefully selected materials and tested to meet high performance standards. Our goal is simple: practical solutions that fit seamlessly into daily life. Today, thousands of customers use GAIA Filters to improve the quality of the water they shower in every day. We’re not here to change your routine, we’re here to improve the one you already have. By improving the water in your shower, GAIA Filters helps turn an everyday habit into a healthier one. Refine Your Routine with GAIA Filters.

The Gaia filter is 10/10!
The Gaia filter is absolutely amazing and has completely changed the quality of my hair and skin. The water in my area is extremely hard and as a result, my hair was matting after washing and drying it. This filter has completely stopped that from happening so I could never be without it! Not only is the product amazing but the customer service is also 10/10. They're always happy to help, super responsive and always have a solution to any issue I've had (which has been very rare!)

Gaia Filters has been a complete game changer for me.
Gaia Filters has been a complete game changer for me. I live in Ireland and can’t imagine taking a shower without my Gaia filter anymore.
I noticed a huge difference in my skin, scalp, and hair from the very first use. My skin and scalp no longer feel irritated or itchy, and my hair feels soft and looks so much shinier.
On top of that, the customer support has been absolutely excellent and reliable. I’d especially like to highlight Dylan, who was very kind, supportive and quickly resolved an issue with my delivery address. That experience made me appreciate Gaia even more and really showed me how much you care about your customers.
I’m so happy I found Gaia Filters and hope to be a customer for many, many years to come. I genuinely recommend it. Thank you, Dylan and Gaia Team!

Brilliant product & exceptional customer service
I am so impressed with Gaia Filters. I’ve been using the shower filter for a while now and have noticed a real difference in my hair, in particular, I find my highlights stay looking fresher and brighter for longer.
Their customer service is also exceptional. They’re incredibly helpful & friendly and quick to respond, and really go above and beyond for their customers. It’s so refreshing to receive such genuinely excellent customer service.
A brilliant product from a great Irish company. I would definitely recommend

Delighted I decided to try Gaia
I was unsure about getting the Gaia unit, thought it was just something else on the market. I then decided to give it a go and im very happy that I did. We have hard water and the shower door usually looks like a bad frosted glass no matter how much it is cleaned. I have the Gaia around 2 months now and im delighted with it. Clean shower door and my hair is beginning to get silky after washing it now. Thanks Gaia

Love it
Water in my house is very hard and my hairdresser suggested getting a filter. I was very sceptical when purchasing it but it completely changed my hair!
It's shiny, less brittle and it doesn't tangle anymore. I would highly recommend it!

Hi Magda,
We love a converted sceptic! Thank you so much for giving the Gaia shower filter a chance.
Going from brittle, tangled hair to hair that feels shinier and much easier to manage is such a lovely difference to hear about. And we have to give your hairdresser some credit for the recommendation too!
Thank you for sharing your experience and for recommending Gaia, it really means a lot to us.

Hi Sabrina,
Thanks for your feedback. The Gaia shower filter is made from aluminium rather than plastic, so naturally it is heavier than many of the cheaper, lightweight filters on the market.
It’s designed to be installed directly onto a fixed shower pipe or shower arm, where the weight is supported and shouldn’t cause an issue when fitted correctly.
We chose aluminium intentionally for its quality, durability and premium finish. If having the lightest possible filter is your priority, then a plastic shower filter may simply be a better fit for you.

Hi Susan,
“Can’t live without it” - we absolutely love hearing that!!
We’re so happy the Gaia shower filter has made such a noticeable difference to both your hair and skin, especially when dealing with hard water every day. There’s no better feeling than finding something that genuinely becomes part of your routine because you can feel the difference.
Thank you so much for choosing Gaia and for sharing your experience with us. We really appreciate it!

The product was too heavy for my shower…
The product was too heavy for my shower and eventually would not stay in position at all. My shower itself also stopped working after approximately 1 month of use. My Plumber said that he had come across this problem before when filters have caused the shower to resets. I believe more explanation is required form the company to explain potential issues or make a statement that a filter such as this cannot possibly cause issues with showers.

Hi Simon,
Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear you’ve since had an issue with your shower.
The Gaia shower filter is designed to be installed directly onto a fixed shower pipe or shower arm, as shown in our installation instructions. When installed correctly, the filter is supported by the fixed fitting, so its weight should not cause the shower head to fall out of position.
In relation to your shower no longer working, this isn’t an issue we would expect from using the Gaia shower filter. There are many reasons a shower can develop a fault, so we unfortunately can’t determine from the information here what caused yours to stop working.
If you’d like to contact our customer service team with the details of your shower and setup, we’d be more than happy to help where we can!
