My experience with Gaia's Roots was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment I first reached out with questions, I felt like a valued customer, not just another order number. Their communication was refreshingly prompt and proactive—I never once had to chase them for an update on my delivery. And the coffee table itself? It's even more beautiful in person and the quality is apparent. It's clear that Gaia's Roots is committed to both exceptional products and a truly seamless customer experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this luxury furniture brand and will certainly be making future purchases.

Mariana is very knowledgeable and personable. She was able to appreciate what I already own and offer suggestions for components that would elevate for a more modern styling. With her insight and creativity, the transformation looks trendy, upscale and the layout is better functioning.

I love Gaia’s Roots
They are an exceptional company that offer outstanding quality in materials for all of their furniture. They’re made with high-quality materials that feel durable and look luxurious. With the amazing build quality and attention to detail are commonly praised.

The art work behind these furniture pieces are something else, I loved working with Gaias Roots to fulfill the design on my living room, It took a couple of weeks for some pieces to arrive, but it was totally worth the wait since the pieces were custom made and worked on abroad. Totally worth the price as well.

All around amazing customer service, attention to detail; just overall experience was outstanding. I highly recommend, my friends, family and neighbors have been informed!

I can’t say enough about this company. Comfort over all is extremely important to me and they nailed it. But besides that, what I love the most is the beauty and uniqueness of every piece. Anyone that comes to visit has something to say about it and that couldn’t make me happier. You can tell they took the time to put love in every piece and I will forever be a client to Gaias roots!

Amazing product and great customer service. Each piece is absolutely unique and stunning!

I can’t express enough how beautiful everything is! What a unique collection, it truly is a work of art, the designer did a great job. Not only is it pleasing to the eye, but it’s ethically made and eco friendly. I can tell the owner cares about the environment , it’s good to know companies still consider Mother Earth when making art.

My experience was great! I'm very happy with everything.
