Definitely works effectively! Will start thickening up within the 1st week. Just takes longer than I’d like to be delivered. Think it was about 3 weeks and some change to arrive for one of my orders. After seeing so many reviews saying they had issues with receiving their products and couldn’t reach customer service, I’m just glad I’ve always received my orders. It’s worth the WEIGHT lol (wait*)

The products work for a fact! But one thing I don’t like is that the seller has stopped selling the products without letting the customers know. Customers are putting in orders and she’s not fulfilling the orders just taking people money and when you try to contact her she doesn’t respond. Whenever you put in a refund request, she declines it.

Never received my order and when I contacted he owner she acted as though everything would be resolved and still didn’t ship the order. I contacted her again about a refund and never received it just like I never received my order.

I love the customer Ithy gives. It doesn’t exist in most places anymore, I’ve dealt with her some time now and she has ALWAYS Been very sweet, shipping is always very fast and she always answers my questions ❤️🤞🏾thanks girl!!

It’s been a month and 5 days still no order, still no refund, and still no response. She used to communicate with you, I been shopping with her for 2 years now and this the first time this has happened. I ordered on nov1 now here it is dec5

I did not received my order of 39.00 worth of product. I would like to receive my order or a refund. I wrote a message and tried to request my money. If something happened, it's only right to let the customer know but I haven't heard anything. That's not professional or business wise.

I always order here, but this time I placed an order 11/01/23 and still haven’t received anything. And I’ve reached out but still no response.

I had been ordering with her for two years. My last order she was on vacation I guess but there were no “away” messages for customers or nothing to let us know that so I’m never revived any update on my order even after reaching out for two weeks. Not even a shipping confirmation . She only responded once I posted a bad review on IG then she responded to let me know she didn’t need my lil money which she STILL HAS NOT REFUNDED . Never again , I sent her so many people over the years . She handles this very unprofessional. A simple Away message for customers could have saved me a customer but like she said she didn’t care 🤷🏻‍♀️

I has been almost a month, I havent received my order nor a refund.. I’ve reached out via email and website chat, no response!! I will never patronize this business again.

I never did receive my pills and I sent the money on cash app as soon as I purchased my pills and I still haven’t got them and that’s been in October and then I had contacted them on the website and the number that they had listed and they didn’t get back to me and I asked for refund October 26 and they never did give me back my refund . my first order when I purchased them I got it it was great but the second time purchased it I never got my pills

I’m not happy because I paid for my order #14130 in October paid $26 through Apple Pay and then accidentally paid another $26 long story but anyway… I still have not received my order nor has the company given me a refund. I was sent a tracking # but the order couldn’t be tracked. I don’t want my money back I want the product!!!!
