I would leave no stars if I could. I ordered a galaxy lamp as a gift and got a shipping notification the next day. Then I forgot to check regularly and it was taking forever so I checked shipping a couple weeks later - only to find that it was being returned to sender claiming our address was wrong. I checked the receipt and the address was correct. After many emails with no response, I still haven't received my refund.

I ordered a lamp and it came, but it's defective. The laser for the stars doesn't work, neither does the button to change the settings.

I tried their website contact form - it's broken. I emailed the order email, waited for over a week with no response. I even tried their marketing email. It's broken too.

The whole thing is very sketchy. And honestly, the product is overpriced for what you get. Even if it was working I'm not sure it's worth what they charge.

Scam. They take your money. Won't ship anything. Won't respond.

Scam of a company. NOT GOOD. They'll take your money & nothing. And forget about getting in touch with anyone 🤦🏼‍♀️

ORDERED MAY 2024. IT'S A SCAM. YOU GET NOTHING. PAYPAL !!MUST!! CANCEL THEIR SERVICE TO THIS "SELLER". 100 DOLLARS, NOTHING ARRIVED. START INVESTIGATION, GET THEM IN PRISON.

This company is FRAUDULENT. I ordered my lamp 4 months ago, spent $100.00 and have received nothing, not even. Plausible response. Just a copy paste email. Do not put yourself through this, go somewhere else.

This company is a complete scam. I ordered a projector three months ago and it was never shipped. Each e-mail that asked for an update on shipment ended up either without response or with a generic response that "it will shipping next week" - of course, the "next week" never occurred. The contact form on the website doesn't work - and it's for a very good reason. Now, if you try send an email to their support/marketing inbox, you receive a system message that the inbox doesn't exist. Steer clear of galaxy lamps – I had to claim money return via PayPal.

Absolutely horrific excuse for a company, cheat, swindle and deceive talented internet personality's and then leave there hard work unpaid .

It’s a scam. Don’t expect to see your lamp. If you do, don’t expect it to work for long. If it doesn’t work, don’t expect them to refund.

Galaxy Lamps is a shining example of how not to run a business. Their lamps are as bright as a black hole. You’ll wait forever for your order to arrive, and when it does, expect broken dreams (and lamps). Their customer service is about as helpful as a brick wall. And let’s not forget their stellar business ethics – paying contractors? Apparently, that’s a concept foreign to them. Avoid this dumpster fire of a company at all costs!

Scam! They never sent my order!

Stay away!! Like other users, I was supposed to be waiting 6-8 weeks on a backorder for 2 x galaxy lamps. When 8 weeks passed, I sent emails but kept being told it was 'shipping that week' and that there were 'supply chain issues' - but with no resolution or clarity offered. Then I asked to have the order cancelled and refunded and no response. I was also lucky that I had their support email address from an earlier enquiry, because now you get the error message when you use their contact form on their website. I'm so disappointed, as I did receive the moon lamp back in April, and I loved that. I was really looking forward to the projector. I'm not sure what is going on with their business but they should be upfront with customers and say - 'it's going to take this much longer because of this reason - do you want a refund or are you ok to wait' rather than being evasive and vague. I had to open a dispute with PayPal to get my money back.

Do not buy!!!! My order was supposed to be back ordered for 4-5 weeks. Eight weeks came and went so I reached out for an update. Got a reply that they would look into it. After that, despite several emails, I got no response. I then asked them to cancel my order. No response. Finally had to get refunded through PayPal. A scam, a joke, a terrible company. Do not buy from them. You will get nothing but aggravation.

Scam company. Steals your money, and money from online creators. Absolutely not worth it. Company needs to be reported for fraud and scam.
