Mark is super professional, on time, and does a great job. This is the third time he has installed/supported with our EV charger and would highly recommend.

Working with Mark to plan solar panels and battery system installation was smooth and professional. The initial options were clear and informative — advice tailored to our energy needs. Installation went well despite some necessary last minute changes and complications. Mark was committed to the project and took the time to explain the system and monitoring app and answer questions after completion.

Since the installation, energy bills have dropped and the battery storage has made a big difference—especially in the evenings.

Mark came to view a solar installation that was installed by another supplier. There were some issues we were experiencing with the system. He made a thorough and highly professional evaluation of the system. He identified some issues that needed to be adressed. He also suggested to us to contact the supplier because they should be rectified by them. The supplier did rectify upon receipt of the detailed report from Mark. However this meant he lost business, which proves he has good integrity. We found him polite, friendly, knowledgeable and sincere.

We were glad to have Galaxy install our solar panels and battery. Mark was helpful and informative when we were deciding between the three options he quoted for, but didn't pressure us. He inspired confidence with his professional approach regarding warranties and the various certifications that we needed. The installation was great - he took care of our home and worked with care. Finally, the after-sales service has been good, with us feeling looked after and making sure we were using it to best effect. We are really pleased with our solar panels and battery and recommend Mark highly.

Mark made a great job of installing our Solar panels and batteries. Due to the roof tiles and our windy location there were one or two extra difficulties to overcome. Mark, found solutions to these issues whilst keeping us informed of his progress at all times.
