Had hosting for over 5 years now and I've not yet had a single problem. The price is also very competitive for what I need.

I've been using Galaxy for many years for the simple reason that their customer service and support is off the scale. Nothing is too much to ask, and the response times are like the blink of an eye. I've sent in support questions at all sorts of times, including Sunday afternoons, and received an immediate response. In addition to this, the service is always available; I've had no downtime at all over many years, and managed maintenance has always worked perfectly again with no downtime. These are really smart people to use. Massively recommended.

When ever there are any changes to hosting services there is plenty of time and clear instructions on upgrades and times of interuptions in services. Also when we have any problems submit a ticket and most problems are delt with straight away or time scale and problems are submitted so we can inform our clients as to repairs / upgrades.

Always respond immediately if we have any problem with the system or just with a lack of knowledge. It is reassuring to know that any blips in our internet service are dealt with efficiently and speedily.

I’ve been a customer for over a 15 years, customer service is second to none, the services on offer, uptime have been excellent and prices are reasonable in relation to operating costs going up for many internet hosting providers.

Honestly you can’t go wrong, I haven’t been a customer of any service as long as I have with Galaxy Web Solutions, I’m just that happy and satisfied with what I get in terms of services I’m using and technical support on offer.
