I was scammed by Gambiva
I was scammed by Gambiva, they advertised their service to me as a UK user via a 3rd party paywall and failed to put in place any country region verification system which I understand is legally required, allowed deposits to be made from a bank account registered in the UK, allowed me to play through funds and then I discovered within terms and conditions when checking specific affiliate site url t&c's uk users cannot sign up yet uk users certainly can. I tried to withdraw my winnings and/or original deposit however they blocked communications and took my money referring to t&c's, the original deposit should have been returned and any wager, gameplay wins/losses sorted out with vendor. A UK user should never be able to sign up, I feel it's the fault of the platform failing to put key measures in place and unfortunately feel they know exactly what they are doing catching many gamblers out, I found out about restrictions almost a month after signing up, this is unacceptable, explaining my error was met with a cold response. I don't buy that a platform which legally cannot operate in UK can steal money from UK residents and thinks they are covered by tc's trapping users. I am very angry and disappointed with Gambiva. I am also angry because Gambiva is targeting uk users via .co.uk site domain too which also breaks uk law.
