We had a lot of fun over Christmas and new year with friends and family alike. All ages and abilities. We also never came across repeat questions so ever game was fun

Games are good, We just feel they should be a bit longer. Catchphrase for example only 4 questions for the bonus catchphrase on each round.

1% club starts at 90% drops to 70% etc.

Bought some games from Game City on a whim on New Year's Day, had no real expectations. However, played with family on mobiles all day fantastic fun, easy to use, really interactive fun for all, so much so bought 2 further games.

It's a good buy but and good for family games but it definitely needs more games. It gets boring playing the same games over and over. Things like family fortunes ect. would be great and would be welcomed by more regular players.

Loved this game! We are a very quizzy family and this blew us out the water ! We love every single game and we’ve played with ages from 8 right upto 69 ! Well done game city this is mega !
My advice is get it you won’t be disappointed!

So much fun! They have a number of games to play with family or friends.
Our favourite is scribe, which works really well in this digital format and always produces laughs.
There is also an app on fire sticks which I didn’t realise at first, but can be accessed from anything with a web browser.

How can I make a complaint and get my money back? You have to constantly log back into the games, making it frustrating more than enjoyable. I was told I would get the 1% club when it came out, but I got nothing. Total waste of money.

Bought Universally Challenged to play over Christmas and unfortunately it's full of AI slop. Questions are either ridiculously easy or impossible and the final round was clearly created by AI - some films are impossible to guess from the picture, some people have three legs or too many arms, sometimes the answer was just shown in writing in the picture.

Plaid twice and won't be playing again.

Despite how much fun I did have with game city it was quite dissapointing that after id played catchphrase and 1% and pointless maybe 3-4 times it was already circling back to the same questions and answers which obviously ruins it.

Not sure if i was just really unlucky but just seems as if there isnt enough content for the games outside of 3-4 play throughs which is seriously dissapointing and to be honest id requst a refund if i could!

Every time we play 1% club it cuts out and turns off. Such a shame as it would be amazing if this didn't happen.

We recently bought two games from Game City – Catchphrase and The 1% Club.

Catchphrase is brilliant by the way – such a good game with loads of different phrases. We’ve played it loads and haven’t had the same one twice yet.

Unfortunately, The 1% Club kept glitching and crashing, and we never managed to get to the 1% question, which was really disappointing as we love watching it on TV.

I contacted customer services today and was honestly so impressed. Viktoriia replied very quickly (especially considering it was New Year’s Day!) and resolved the issue straight away. She kindly offered to add two games of our choice to our account and let us keep The 1% Club too, which was such a lovely gesture.

Amazing customer service, quick responses, and a really fair solution. A big thank you to Viktoriia – we’re really looking forward to playing our new games, Herd Mentality and The Chameleon.

Would definitely recommend Game City.

DO NOT BUY CATCHPHRASE! Complete RIP OFF. There is a total of 15-20 Catchphrases - so as soon as you play the game for a 2nd time, you already know the answers. £9.99 for a game that has one single use is a complete rip off. Do not pay for this rubbish. I have emailed for a refund and await a response. Lazy development and a complete con. AVOID!

Fantastic games! Incredible customer service! Good price! What's not to like?

Bought 2 x games just before Christmas. So good I bought 2 more to play New Year's Eve. What I didn't realise at the time was that I'd ordered them on 2 different emails so missing games when logged in.
An email sent to see if I could get them all on the same email log in was answered and dealt with immediately. Less than 5 minutes from sending and my error had been corrected! Fantastic service as well as fantastic games!

Good fun but after you’ve played each game a few times the same questions come up again and again and it’s very repetitive

Great games, especially the 1% Club

We were sold this at the Ideal Home at Christmas and the salesmen was really good and demo'ed the games for us. I had worried that it wouldn't be as good when we got it home, but I needn't have worried - it's fantastic!

The games are all really fun - our favourite so far has been scrawl, that one had us actually crying with laughter. We've also bought the 1% club and Pointless and these are both also great.
