This company hasn't replied to any of my emails since I bought my son a gaming pc. I placed the order on march 16 and since then I haven't received no updates on my order and when I place a call, they don't pick up at all. My order number is #1660 and I hope I haven't been scammed

Ordered over a month ago! Only received 1 email and yet nothing has happened since!

They have been reported and hopefully they can be taken down and justice will be served.

Ado not order! It’s a scam, I ordered my pc on the 6th or march it’s now the 28th and I’ve had no response the phone goes straight down and they don’t answer to any emails, please do not buy from this website

they were lovely and it was quick and easy to set up

Ordered a PC on 4th March, not heard anything from the company. I’ve seen multiple emails and not had any reply. The phone also goes straight to voicemail. This is a scam company, do not spend your money. I am now having to reclaim my money through my bank.

I ordered my pc on the 6th of march I’ve had no other update regarding how much longer it’s going to take for my pc to be delivered I’ve been ringing and emailing and had no response this is the 3rd week I’ve been waiting with no further updates

FRAUD ALERT

Paid 1400£ for my PC in January, at first there was some communication of the nature of 'wait another 7-10 working days please', then all went dark, and I have never seen neither my PC nor my money (after 2 months of waiting). Eventually was able to get the money back from my credit card company under Section 75. Hopefully, this scam-company will be shut down soon.

PLEASE PLEASE AVOID....
Placed £800 order following a link sent by my son for his 13th birthday since 27th Feb 2026, still to this day not received any response or the actual item itself, sent an email on 30th, still nothing received. I had to raise a dispute claim with my bank, can take up to 60 days to receive my refund.
I dont think this company is operating, I even went to the unit address out of desperation to enquire about my order, the unit just was a typical shutter in an industrial estate in Stoke on Trent since I luckily work in Stoke.
Lesson learnt, never again, scam company, Trading standards will now be informed ASAP, to prevent others from being out of pocket.

Hello I placed an order 15th March for a gaming PC order number 1659. I’ve had no contact from you, no update on delivery estimate and the email I sent you guys bounced back stating email address doesn’t exist. Trying to remain in good faith that my PC is coming? Would really appreciate an update. Thank you.

They will take thousands off you for a gaming pc then when you try to contact them either via phone line which does not work or email they will ignore you. The gaming pc in question still hasn’t arrived and still not received any email back from them luckily I’ve have managed to get my money back from the bank

This company has now been reported to the fraud investigation unit so hopefully the won’t scam anybody else

I placed my order on 1 March 2026 and have not received it. I have phoned and emailed and not had any response. My son has saved his pocket money and used his birthday money to be able to but this. We are cery worried. Please answer out emails and telephone message

SCAM paid £799 for a PC a month ago still not received it. No communication via email, telephone nothing. Having to go through PayPal to get my money back. Avoid this company just a scam.

Ordered on 15th Feb. Apart from an e-mail confirmation (order 1630) have heard nothing. Sent e-mails. Phone goes straight to GiffGaff voicemail. £1100 at risk. Hopefully will resolve with PayPal.

Now looking at buying another PC from another supplier in time for my son’s birthday. Not ideal financially.

Good seller however PC was delayed I made a complaint and it came next day, with a free upgrade. Pc runs smooth would recommend buying perfect for the price.

3rd march:
I ordered on 16th Feb, I bought the pc with full amount up front and didn’t have many worries due to previous reviews of course apart from the shipping delay. I have contacted their email about 20 times, called, left voicemails etc. I have no clue how to get a refund or 1399.95 I paid using barclays. This was supposed to be my first pc and honestly just feel sick about how I genuinely think me and others have been scammed. I check this website a few times a week and suddenly so many people with the same problem as me came up which has confirmed my suspicions. If anyone can help please let me know what I can do, thank you!

7th march: Still no update, have no clue what to do. No response from anyone. I think I have lost my money, 1399… Which i saved up for a long time to get to for this pc. Really hope it comes eventually I will keep this updated.

I have been trying to cancel my order #1622 for more than a week and got no response. Emailing and calling doesn't work.
Please contact me about the order.

One entire month that I command my computer, they never answered to my call and mails
I can be comprehensive that my command is late bit not that they doesn't give an update
Order 1600 if that could help

Been saving up for a year only to be totally mislead 😡no PC and no response from anyone!!!!! Thankfully did pay on credit card so have started a claim . But the stress and upset and my son with no pc on his birthday is totally unforgivable.Thought I would be helping a small uk business 🙄how silly of me !!!!!
