They scammed 5000 rupees from me. I paid 5000 for netflix pus prime for an year. They gave free account for first month and next free account for second month. Then they ghosted me. They are honestly scammers. Plz my suggestion: load your own dollar card and buy yourself.

I bought YouTube premium for one month but they abruptly ended the service within 20 days. I tried a lot to contact them via WhatsApp and email but they wouldn't respond. This was my trial only and had they been professional, I would have opted for many other services because they are really affordable.
One thing is commendable. They do provide a bill when we opt for the service.

Its been 12+ hour i ordered GTA V. I haven't received the order yet. I contacted Support They didn't respond and when i am calling the phone is unreachable. What kind of service is this, they wrote in website that they will deliver instantly. I wrote a review in the website it is not posted yet, post is saying pending. I am not able to contact them for refund also. their service is terrible.

Update: I got reply and the product (GTA V) after 24 hour of wait. they charged extra after the delay. They said that the price of the product is increased, so i have to pay extra, after paying for old price which is paid 24 hour before the price is increase.

I got suggested from chat gpt about gsn and i loved their services was fast and trustworthy.

I had changed the details of my order after my order had been delivered and they completed the request even after it was delivered. Thank you Gameshop.

I had paid 1 year premium for youtube but after 4 months the subscription expired. I have been trying to contact the Game Shop Nepal but got no reply. It's really unprofessional and disappointing. Is the GameShopNepal geniune or a BIG SCAM??. let me know
