Have purchased from this site twice in the past with no problems . Not this time though ordered a new game and started to get worried a few days later when i had received no notification of dispatch and money still not taken from my account . Emailed to find out what was going on with no reply and also rang but again no reply . Over a week now and nothing luckily the money was never taken from my account only pending so has now been returned . Steer clear of this site from now on obviously gone bust or something

I purchased a PS5 controller at the start of December thinking it would arrive well before Christmas. I've emailed and had no response and attempted to call the phone number provided on the Shop app only to be told it's discontinued. It's been two weeks and not even an email to say it was dispatched. Don't go anywhere near this company.

Fast and efficient service of well packaged product. Recommended for gamers looking for reasonably priced games.

Pre-ordered a game for release on the 14th November for a birthday gift. Was still waiting a week later with no word from them despite me reaching out to them twice. Put in a dispute with PayPal and get a refund. Terrible

I was stupid enough to buy 2 new games after i was let down previously and had to use PayPal to get my money back. I got the first game on time which was great but on waiting for my second game Black Ops 7 it never arrived sent many emails no reply have had to get my money back a second time through PayPal thank goodness to them. Do not use this site because he will let you down at some point.

ordered a ps5 controller 6 weeks ago, still have not received any tracking information. Tried emailing but its bouncing back as no longer in use, messaged on facebook and my message has been read and ignored. Tried instagram but the page no longer exists. I even found the guys personal facebook and have had no response on there neither. The 2 phone numbers that are linked to the website also do no exist. Im lucky as i have only lost 60 pound, but others might not be as fortunate. Do not use unless you like losing money

Ordered 5 games from the site. One was dispatched within a couple of days, no problem. Several days went past, no word on the others. Sent a chase-up email and waited a few days, no reply. Managed to contact Gavin (the guy that runs the site) by phone, we had an honest and productive conversation. He apologised for the delay, provided an explanation, then promised to contact the supplier and get back to me by the next working day. I got a text within 3 hours to say the supplier had been contacted and items would arrive with the seller soon, the next day i got an email confirming my items had been shipped to my address. Items arrived after another day or so. Very happy overall. Props to Gavin for taking ownership of the situation and getting it sorted, despite the circumstances.

Took far too long for me to receive my delivery.

Made an order nearly 2 weeks ago now and have had no updates. The phone number is inactive and they don’t respond through e-mail or facebook. I would absolutely avoid unless you like getting scammed.

Shite company been nearly 10 days still had no tracking for my order when on website says you get tracking in 1-2 days and i have emailed them twice no reply dont order from them.

Company completely ignored numerous emails asking where my order was, took my money but didn't want to part with the product, delivery was 4 working days, that was back on june 28th..shocking customer service, I'd have given 0 if it was possible

Delivery when promised and good value for the game will use definitely again

Game not delivered. No response to emails. Looking at previous reviews, It seems like it may have gone bust. Previously bought several games with no issues. Shame. Will try and get my money back through credit card company.

Made an account just to warn people to avoid this scam of a site. Placed an order for a game weeks ago and soon realised it was not going to be dispatched. Money taken quickly enough though!
Emailed the seller multiple times as well as attempting contact through Facebook. No reply and no dispatch.
Started a chargeback with my bank and got a notification from my bank 3 weeks after no dispatch of item and no communication saying the seller has challenged my claim. The audacity

Ordered at the end of May. Order showed as pending on credit card and being prepared for dispatch for several days.
Order now disappeared from card.
No reponse from company via email and as other customers have stated telephone number now out of service.
At least they have not taken any money.
I have now emailed to cancel order, although I don't expect a response.

Unfortunately, I would warn all prospective shoppers to steer well clear of this site and company.

I have used Gamesoldseperately only once before in February 24, I preordered a PS5 game that although arrived later than I had hoped did eventually turn up.

I had hoped to purchase from the site again last month. I placed an order for another PS5 game, intended as a gift, 4 weeks ago. The recipient unfortunately couldn’t wait and purchased the game digitally! Easy, I’ll just get in touch and cancel my order.

Unfortunately I have made several attempts to contact the company via email (both addresses listed on the website) with no response and unfortunately the phone contact number listed is now out of service, which would suggest all is not well with this vendor.

I will now have to start the chargeback process with my credit card provider.

I wish I had come here first to see just how terrible the experience has been for other shoppers recently (and the quite frankly rude responses from the business owner) and saved myself the headache of trying to get my money back.
