I've been playing this app for months and I've never had an issue with payouts until today when all the games I was playing paid out $500 if you played for a certain amount of minutes daily for 120 days. I was almost at 100 days, open the app, and ALL the games now switched to just get coins, the $500 payout just disappeared! I'm so pissed right now, I upped my data on my cell plan to do this!! This is such bull and no one EVER gets back to the emails sent.

Are there any attorneys out there that would be interested in submitting a class action lawsuit??? This is a clear contract violation! We are all playing the games and completing goals for a payout. Then, NO PAYOUT!!! Just processing. No response to emails. Something really needs to be done about these apps!!!

Unfortunately you can't give zero stars, it's a con, they change the goal when you get close (£210 ends up being £15). They don't reply to emails, app doesn't register game play time or levels correctly, awards not given on 75% of games, drains battery and processor, my advice is avoid.

I've been waiting for a £50 PayPal pay out since 18th March. I've emailed numerous times, no replies. The Amazon vouchers come through almost instantly, but the PayPal (which takes almost double the coins that the Amazon does - £50 on PayPal is the equivalent of £100 Amazon vouchers) hasnt made any progress since the above date (it's now April 15th). Is there an actual email these guys reply to?!

Was receiving small payouts, HOWEVER not weekly, bi-month or monthly.. when question told game is affiliated with any company blah blah blah.. NOW waiting for 3 payouts.. says "processing" WTH?!! I waisted All the time for nothing! If Google supports these games, someone responsible! .. I see my pants are still processing however you can still send me game challenges and ch,yt ridiculous

How do I get my code to receive my payout?

SCAM!!! They don't even let you delete your data like they say they will.

I've been waiting for 7days to be paid out but always paid on time before my last 5 transaction,👎🏾

I play Money Kitty. I can get paid using the "Google Play" choice.

But I have 4 payments owed me that are supposedly going to go through PayPal.

$60 in $20 increments owed via PayPal for the dates 8-27-23, 9-4-23 and 9-11-23.

$50 allegedly paid via PayPal on 10-1-23 with redeemed code.

PayPal has NO record of anything coming for me through Money Kitty's company including the latest.

And my email provider has no record of anything being sent via notification by PayPal for this either.

So how do I redeem a code I haven't received?

You send them quickly for the Google Play.

After reading the reviews already left here, I've realized this "app/gaming" company just doesn't care. Much like others I have received my Google payouts, even my Amazon payouts, but have yet to receive the 20.00$ paypal payout I put in back in August. Why is it your "company " gets paid it's ad revenue for our views and time spent watching them, yet we get a fraudulent claim that we will receive a said reward of our choice for completing tasks, and don't receive it? I'm gonna do some research on this and see what can be done so you all stop lying and wasting people time.

The issue is this...I have recieved the Google pay, yes, that works,but what doesn't seem to work is the PayPal putting cash into my account seems like a problem to you. F***ing bull s**t lying ass mother f*****s. I have also emailed several times no response at all. I have 2 $20 payouts still in PROCESSING. please for the love of all that is awesome...respond.

I was playing fun money and processed 20.00 and It's still processing. 20.00 for Google play and I have to put a code, what code. I want my money. I think you are a scam. I'm still Waiting for it to process.

This is a scam company that doesn't pay out!! Their email is also not a valid email.. I've been waiting since the 4th for a payout that is supposed to happen within 24 hours, and now I am waiting on 70 dollars worth of payouts, and it's been almost a month.
