Do not use this app it is sort of a scam. They pay you the first couple of times you win. You can only win up to $200 in 24 hours. They only respond when you say funds sent. If you win they don't answer and they don't pay and what they want you to do is lose the money by waiting for their response I give this app bad rating

Well first off I have been playing everyday for the last six months and I have only cashed out $50 twice and $100 once.i have put in 1000's and they won't let you win no matter what or which games. I have tried betting low and high on every game you can get over about 40 bucks and can't cash out under 50$. Then once I was less than 3$ away from cashing out and a pop up came on screen saying I was logged in on another device which is not possible because NO ONE knows my sign on or pass word or even knows I play. It kicked me off o tried to log back on and it said my pass word had been changed. When customer service guy got me back on my money was gone. I had 56 cents left and I was less than $3 away from cashout before it kicked me off.. you would think they would allow you to win just 50$ after putting 1000's in there and referring a bunch of people to them. They have never even given me the bonus they promise for sending all the people to them. Whatever!

To be honest the girl that I deposit to named Krystal Gem on fb is super amazing. She’s fast to load and payout. Someone had hacked into my account and it kicked me off my phone and played the 50 I had on there. There was no point cause they couldn’t cash out anyway she made it right had me change my password and put the amount back on my account. The most I’ve cashed out was 1,200 and I tipped her 200 cause she’s wonderful. There has been 2 occasions when she payed me and forgot to clear my game and of course I told her and she was so thankful she gave me 30.00 to play for being honest. Game vault used to be my favorite until I hit a Mega Jackpot the s reen froze wouldn't let me do anything did not give me my winnings and the screen went black. I was told sorry nothing we can do. I referred alot of people to this platform now I will tell them what happen to me. They were very good at paying until I hit big now all I get is sorry love. I want my money didn't have a problem taking it.

Won after putting in 600 and they blocked me took momey out my account

Over the past few months she has hired some employees who are completely disrespectful, very rude and they like to play with your money. I'm going round and round with them over $1..... I don't care if it's $1 or $100 they don't get to decide what to do with my winnings. My money is my money. They have smart mouths and zero professionalism.I have screenshots saved and won't let this go.
