One of the main strengths of Gantt PRO is its ease of use, as it is an online and extremely intuitive software that helps the management of several projects. Offering tools to control tasks, deadlines, costs and resources, it helps, day after day, the complete control of all specialties. Another useful point is the ease of importing from MS Project and Excel.

En la clase de evaluación de proyectos, nos pusieron a buscar diferentes plataformas online para crear una carta gantt, cuando llegamos a GanttPRO fue una gran salvación puesto que no sabíamos nada de lo que era una carta gantt, gracias a este software hemos podido entender de manera muy didáctica todo lo que conlleva una carta gantt, la mejor herramienta que pudimos encontrar fue esta!!

Gant Pro is an excellent application for project organization and management. This tool has helped me in the development of different academic projects. One of the features that I like the most is the ease of grouping tasks by category. In addition, I can choose the color I want for the category or for a specific task, keep track of the progress through the color change in the task bar, and be able to define it by hours, days or weeks. Actually, I am very happy with the use of this tool and I recommend using it for academic or professional projects.

I use GanttPRO for a university project since 2 weeks. It is super useful for my friends and me, to assign tasks to each other, and thus to ensure that we are making progress in our project !
I like the fact that it is a hands-on tool, no over complexified menus, and we were able with my team to start planning our project very quickly. For example you can simply slide tasks on the calender to change its starting and ending date. You can also add custom columns in the table on the left panel.
For all these reasons I recommend GanttPro for project management.

Soy estudiante de ingeniería civil industrial de último año de la Universidad de Antofagasta y actualemente utilizo GanttPro para realizar múltiples planificaciones a traves de cartas Gantt. La App es de gran ayuda, muy amigable con el usuario y entrega muchas ventajas competitivas en proyección y Estructuras de desglose de trabajo por tareas individuales. Totalmente recomendable.

La aplicación es de uso en línea y no presenta ningún problema en su actualización y guardado de información. Otra ventaja es que ofrece versiones de restauración cada minuto, por lo que se hace muy fail volver a una versión anterior. Me encanta esta app y quiero seguir utilizándola por mucho tiempo más.

Es una aplicación online muy buena!! Super fácil de usar y con visualizaciones muy lindas.

I think its fair to infer that all these reviews are subsidised and fake.

Moreover, the trial period allows you to use the tool but exports include giant watermarks, which has lead to a lot of wasted time. I only needed the tool for an hour to produce a Gantt chart with dependencies for a project interim report...

I was impressed with the ease of use of this tool, I definitely recommend it to my friends and people who are watching this.

From the starting I was very much sure that this tool will definitely help me in managing my project timelines.
adding to this there many more interesting features which i did not find in other tools.
Virtual resources is a kind of thing which really attracted me. I am pretty much impressed with the trial version. Support team of Gantt pro is also very supportive.

This is the software I find suits my requirements for a GANTT the best. As a student I am eager to aquire this software. I would not make this choice unless I couldn't see significant advantages with GanttPRO over its competitors. Earlier I have used a Excel sheet which has worked ok for smaller projects but as they have grown it has become more tedious. In GanttPRO I find the feature to make subtasks great. You can even make subtasks of the subtasks! This allows for both detailed planning and great overview. Also time reporting and the ability to comment the time reportings is great. I am looking forward to using it in my student projects.

GanttPro permite gestionar de inicio a fin cualquier proyecto. En mi caso el PFC que me servirá para poder controlar los procesos de cada parte del proyecto viendo el estado de avance de cada tarea por cada uno de las personas que pertenecen al equipo, GanttPro es muy dinámico y es fácil a la hora de realizar modificaciones y hacer cambios. Ademas puedes comparar estados del proyecto, concretamente con lo que se estima y lo que se hace en la realidad. Además de los costes, se ve de manera rápida e intuitiva el grado de ocupación que tienen los componentes del equipo en todos los proyectos en que están, pudiendo equilibra esta ocupación variando la asignación de tareas.

Habitualmente utilizaba programas de proyección de actividades para mis proyectos en la Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano de Bogotá Colombia pero los programas no son diseñados para estudiantes mientras que la aplicación GanttPro Tiene la versatilidad que todo estudiante está buscando porque si bien es supremamente sencilla para proyectar los tiempos y las rutas críticas también permite ser expuesta para proyectos serios con corporaciones y someterlos a lacalificación de un gerente de proyectos del nuevo milenio.

Very good application to use online, it allows me to manage my individual university projects in order to organize myself and meet my goals.
I recommend this tool for several purposes that it simplifies our management life by being able to create a work group, assign tasks to people, manage times, and dates to be met. It also allows us to visualize a calendar so that it facilitates us to see what the Next task to fulfill and above all that is online, this and many more features such as importing from Jira to have a better experience, one of the most useful online applications that we could use ...

Grantt Pro is a perfect app for whom want to own the most powerful project management tool. With Grantt Pro I can choose exact how much time I can spend on this project. Moreover, the sub-project or list helps me classify and combine each task in the project to be more systemized. When use Grantt Pro, student can connect many subjects together, especially set the priority in the fastest way, more than any tool, include drawing tool. I use this site and add the role and workload to my friends or project co-owners, they can help me to edit and view their own tasks easily. I love this app, it saves my life <3

Our group at university decided to use GanttPro instead of MS Project to help keep us on track and meet report deadlines. It has been a great tool so far! It is so easy to use, and their video tutorials really helped everyone get a hang of all the functions available. All the key elements you need are available to use, assigning resources, costs and setting a baseline. This tool has helped us save time to focus more on the project work than creating a management tool which is how it should be! I would 100% recommend this to students as MS Project is more costly and can be harder to pick up.

I wanted to understand project management and came across this amazing software called Gantt Pro. I was delighted as my friend introduced me to all its wonderful features. It helps me organize my projects and help me understand all various components that go into managing a project. As I have started to understand that project management can be a very time taking and teadious task, I am glad to have found GanttPRO which can make this essential task pretty easy. La plataforma Gantt Pro me permite gestionar y controlar las etapas de un proyecto y así poder llevar un orden tanto de las tareas y entregables de cada etapa, definiendo una fecha de partida y una fecha de término, asignado un responsable, permitiendo evaluar cuales son las etapas que se interponen o cuales no, todo mediante una herramienta de edición amigable para todos los tipos de usuarios, permite exportar a PDF y/o compartir un enlace para las personas que necesitan revisar las etapas del proyecto, en definitiva Gantt Pro es la mejor plataforma de construcción de cartas Gantt que puede tener un principiante como una personas avanzada, ideal para todo los proyectos.

Es muy útil para nosostros los estudiantes debido a que en ocaciones necesitamos hacer planeaciones hacerca de proyecto que nos encargan en la universidad y de esta manera poder organizarnos de una manera muy practica y entretenida, la interaccion con el programa es muy amigable y sobre todo es un programa muy realista, muchas gracias por poder llegar a pensar de una manera muy profunda y hacer que podamos entender todo de una manera muy facil, practica y que a pesar de todo siempre estan a la disposicion para poder ayudarnos a resolver nuestras dudas o leer nuestros comentarios al respecto.

I'm a student in my last year of university. Ganttpro is very easy to use and is the most intuitive site I have found. It fits my needs perfectly.
GanttPro lets you organize tasks by day, week, or month, and lets you set colors for each task and subtask. I can associate my team members with the project and assign the tasks to each one.
I would like to continue using it as it is a very important tool throughout the development of my project.
I recommend using it as it is a very useful, easy and intuitive tool to use.
