Don't sign up for this! It's a scam. I purchased this service to build an app to do a classifieds for my country. After using the software for a day I was struggling to find the functionality needed for my app. I decided to sign up for the $497 "Done for you" promotion where they do it for you. After a 4 minute phone call with the rep, he said they couldn't do what I needed. Still well with in the 14 days they chose to keep my money, not honor their refund policy and SCAM me out of $497! SCAM! The owner Bartu has no interest in customers, he's only in it to capture the $497.

Well reading through the rest of these reviews I thought I would add mine from a customers point of view as well.
Paid upfront for the app and when working with it decided it wouldn't work the way I needed it to for my company, so I asked for a refund with in the timescale stated and was fob off with excuses of we used the money to pay for the server etc.
Well don't state money back guarantee and not follow through with it.
This company is shocking, takes your money then thats it, you get a program that is unusable.
Best scam going to make money.
Whatsapp support says they will help you and nothing but lies.
Avoid this company at all cost you have been warned.

Be careful of the 15 days guarantee. They do not honor this and use cheap tricks. Called my credit card company and had to try and get them to remove. And now they’re trying to reverse it. Mind you, a couple of days after I tried cancelling after a few days, someone stole my credit and tried charging two different gas stations at different locations (1 hour geographically away from me). Had to cancel my card. I’m just saying this is NOT a company I’d trust. And the 15 days money back guarantee is definitely not real. Backstory: I thought I could make an app to make money, but the market was saturated. I probably should have done research regarding the market, but I thought the 15 days money back would be there anyways. Careful!

When I enquired about developing a startup marketplace web and mobile apps and shared samples of what I wanted, Gappsy assured me they were more than capable of building my dream apps. So, I paid for the ‘lifetime’ and ‘doforme’ packages expecting a professional job. To my greatest surprise after making payment, Gappsy couldn’t develop my apps as agreed and refused to listen to anything I had to say. I wrote several emails and messages on Facebook appealing to their conscience and reminding them of their earlier promises but to no avail. I repeatedly requested for refund but they either ignored me or just shut me down.
I felt so frustrated after they had tricked me into paying for a product they had no capabilities to deliver and wasted my time till I couldn’t continue with my business idea.
If you are reading this, don’t end up like me.

Gappsy Apps I asked you numerous times on Whatsapp to help fix the app and it is not a worksable app! I had 3 developers look at this app and they didnt even know what it was for! My company is called BizConnect if anyone wants to look at it. I had to help you develop the app which you would NOT complete! I also had to reach out to iOS to publish the app & you NEVER did a video to explain the app like you stated as well so dont tell me that I am not interested in making this app functional! I paid you for DONE FOR YOU APP that again I had to complete and go on to google just to figure out how to do it and you still have not completed the app, you have not done the video or anything further you have taken the money in which every developer told me you NEVER pay someone upfront all of the money you pay a portion and when the app is complete & to my satisfaction then you complete the rest! Your platform is a drag & drop platform you are NOT developer and you cant just do any app out there! This is what pissed me off & you have the nerve to tell me that its functional when its NOT!!!!
If I paid you for an application for you to complete I should have NEVER had to do any type of work on it. I am not a developer IT person or anything of the sort. This is what you should have done. You think by just saying something it makes it true! I asked you numerous times even until the end of October 2020 for you to FIX THE APP TO MAKE IT RIGHT AND YOU STILL HAVE NOT TIL THIS DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Scam! I requested a refund the next day and never got it. I disputed the charge with my credit card provider and Gappsy says its a valid charge, so they charged me anyway. Stay away from this company.

This company is a scam and use fake reviews, they promise everything to get your money then you realise how little the platform can actually do. No support and they haven’t replied to a refund request. AVOID

This is a scam company! I spent a lot of money on a package they had advised had all the features i require and advertised a money back guarantee. I requested a refund within the 14 days as was the terms and conditions. It's now been more than 2 months of constant chasing with NO REPLY WHATSOEVER and i have had to report the company as fraudulent to my bank to even get a response. That response was more than 2 weeks ago AND STILL NO REFUND

False advertising and misleading descriptions - add on purchases required to be able to use product!

I purchased the bundle back in August and was never able to activate my account. I spoke with support and they asked me to prove my payment with my invoice receipt. Then Crickets.. I still don't have access and it says my account doesn't exist and still can't get assistance.

Great support received. My application is not yet ready as we got some delays due to Corona situation, but the Team helped us to understand better some dynamics of the app building.
Cost / Quality ration well balanced, the app builder is very easy and essential to use.
We bought 2 app builders and we are working to make those very nice!

Really looks like they take your money and now try to find solution to your problems or better still deliberately
acting as if they are solving your problem which may take forever to be solved. That is a smart one there. There are using your funds for maybe to experiment their business. Good Lord im a victim

Using Gappsy to develop and publish my app was so easy. The customer service was great when I had questions and it did not take long at all to complete the entire process. All these people saying how great the app is but have not actually mentioned the apps they've built. I would like to actually see the apps created. The ones I've seen so far (BBG FIT & Ezekial 33:3) look crap and sketchy.

I was scrolling through Facebook one day when I first came across an advertisement for Gappsy. I was a bit skeptical that it could be that easy to build an app for both Android as well as IOS and I questioned what kind of features could it really provide. I took the risk though, purchased Gappsy and started developing an app to promote my own business. I already had a website and my idea was to connect some of the content located on the site to the app as well as some features that could only be found in the app to add more value. I was absolutely amazed how easy it was for me to create my own app and how much power I had at my disposal with all the different features that came with Gappsy. As I saw all the different options I have available, my idea great become even bigger. Some of the features I included were connecting my podcasts, creating a video feed from my YouTube channel, offering blog posts from my website and even created a members section just to name a few things.

In less than a month I was able to create an Android and IOS app which are both approved as well as easily found in the stores under the name Ezekiel 33:3. I have never been a person that is good at technology. Not tech savvy at all. I wanted to make a app for my non profit so that people can have easy access to the service that I provide.
