I didn’t have any problems with GAQM. They always replied to me and cleared up all my doubts regarding the exams or the procedure. The exams aren’t easy. It’s worth as much as any other certification.

In the meantime, I have passed several ISO standard personal certifications at GAQM, but a few of them only after re-studying the material successfully on the second attempt. However, this was also the case with other accredited certification bodies for ISO personal certifications before. These monitored exams, with some tricky trick questions, are equally challenging for everyone. The initialization of the exam monitored with Proctoru and the Guardian's tightly restricted browser and the many security checks of the monitoring agent can be quite annoying the first time.
The challenge with preparing exam setup is more the test program and the compatibility check itself than the actual Proctoru exam monitoring. The test program often fails to detect the cam on many machines. First of all, it helps to use webcamtests com to do this. Then open the the test program in another browser tab and it runs through. After that, close the Guardian Browser and restart it for the exam, and it will work right away without having to call for technical support. The training material could be better for some packages. But you can also compensate for this with inexpensive courses on Udemy. What was particularly important to me was the good price/performance ratio for a certificate from an accredited institute. Therefore, I'm happy to accept the disadvantages mentioned.

The "Q" in GAQM does not stand for "Quality." I purchased the APM course and certification and was heavily disappointed. The course was supposed to prepare me for the certification but failed to do so. Be warned that the no-refund policy is not clearly communicated during the payment process. I recommend staying away—it's not worth losing money for nothing.
