Garage has such amazing clothes, amazing quality and so comfortable, so many sizes, stretchy, tight fitting. Their staff are so sweet and always have good costumer service, I love shopping there.

The manager Melanie was very unfriendly and not helpful at all, she was being very obnoxious and this was at the city creek store Utah. We had to ring the customer service department to get some help and they were very good.

staff didn’t really approach me off the get go. Store was pretty messy imo. When I went to pay, the cashier seemed either mad or just not wanting to be there which honestly made me uncomfortable.

The staff were helpful without being in your face and pushy. All the newest arrivals were at the front of the store making them easy to find and separated by colours.

When my shipping didn’t deliver in time i got a refund on my shipping fee

I love all the new colors coming out recently. I also love how nice all the staff is I haven’t had one problem with any staff yet.

An item I ordered got cancelled with NO explanation whatsoever

Hi! Nobody greeted me when I entered the store and I ran into about 5 ladies even as I was shopping they didn’t think to say “Hey can I help you find anything?”. I was unsatisfied as I’ll be shopping online now.

great employee and election

Sales people can be friendlier and ask to put clothes in changing room. This is at every location i have been to

The sales lady was very professional and accommodating. BUT when she asked "do you want a bag for your purchase for a dime" I blew up and told her that I purchased a lot of clothes for my granddaughters online from Garage BUT I would NEVER EVER spend another dime at this store..in person or online and I would tell everyone that I know not to ever purchase a thing from the Garage. What an insult. Are you people crazy?? Whoever came up with this joke of 10 cents for a bag should be fired immediately. You have lost this customer and hopefully many more. Wayne Shaffer

With garage, I always receive timely deliveries on my orders. I also love the site’s sizing options and the review photos provided by other customers; it makes my online ordering experience effortless. I also bought some products in store recently and loved the customer service. When trying on clothes, the employees were there helping me find sizes and styles that suited my needs. Overall love garage!!!

Costumer service was very kind and attentive

It is very easy to navigate the website and app and the clothes are very good quality. One thing that can be improved is the customer service. Employees are constantly asking you if you need help when sometimes I just want to look on my own.

Super cute joggers and very comfy good quality. Only thing thing is that I wish they were shorter bc I’m 5’4 and they are kind of long but overall amazing!

When picking out the items ordered by a customer, check clothes for stains. 1 of my shirts came with what looks like foundation in the front. I havent tried them on yet, and im not tan like the makeup on the shirt. It just came rhat way. It honestly looks worn.
