Bad delivery timing and no responsibilities for it
Company's product and packaging system they use is good. Their ability to deliver on time is very poor. My shipment was lost at Fedex and instead of next day from the last Fedex stop it was delivered partially in five days. Obviously plants are very sensitive to the lack of air and moisture and cannot stay in the box for extra five days. The second part of my shipment was never delivered. When I contacted Gardenfor wild life, they were not able to have leverage on Fedex and identify the exact issue. Fedex reported that my address was not fond while they delivered two other shipments to this address before. Original vendor has to take responsibilities for any issues with shipment in my opinion and be able to replace missing product if it was never delivered.
