Awful company, AVOID!!!
Wrong item received and when it did arrive it was in terrible condition, box was ripped, scratched goods. No contact when I have tried to contact them, several times. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Awful experience, items not received no way of contacting this company only by email, in the end I went through my bank to do a chargeback and received my refund, avoid at all costs

SCAM company. Ordered a gift for a family member. Was supposed to be delivered a week ago.... STILL waiting and NO RESPONSE to 3 emails. Conveniently there is no contact phone number anywhere. This company need to be shut down

I placed an order through Tesco Marketplace and initially felt reassured using a well-known retailer, but this has been a really disappointing experience.
I received an automated confirmation from Tesco advising that delivery would be due last Friday, however the item has still not arrived. There has been no update from the supplier, and the order status remains unchanged.
I have attempted to contact the company directly and received no response. I also reached out to Tesco, but unfortunately support has been unhelpful and I’ve been left to resolve this myself.
I am now having to pursue a refund through my bank, which should not be necessary.
Overall, this has been a poor experience from both the seller and Tesco Marketplace. I would strongly advise others to check reviews carefully before ordering — I only wish I had done the same. I trusted ordering via Tesco would provide some level of assurance, but that has not been my experience.

I ordered two mirrors from Garden Greatness which arrived damaged ( both mirrors were smashed). I immediately contacted Garden Greatness via their contact form, no response, so three days later I emailed them, no response. I emailed them a third time, again no response. I then read the reviews on Trustpilot ( which I wished I had done before ordering from this Company.) I paid £119.58 for a box of broken glass in a cheap plastic frame, and when I tried to get my money back all I got total silence. There is no address or telephone number on their website so it's almost impossible to get any reply from them once they have your money. My tip would be if you still order something from them after reading all of the reviews, buy it using a credit card, at least then, you can get your money back!
The only positive observation is that they are consistent, one star is too good for this business

Really bad service.

I treated myself to what I thought was going to be a lovely vase from this company, it had one of my favourite flowers on it and I loved it. I ordered it while I was in hospital very ill and looked forward to getting it when I got home.

It took way too long to get to me for a start and then when it finally got to my house it was wrong. It was not the one I ordered.

I contacted the company and they offered me £10 partial refund, for a £43 vase, plus postage, or to return it. I am a disabled woman, who walks with 2 crutches and chronically ill, there is no way I can return it as I dont drive and cant carry a box that size so I literally dont know what to do. I dont actually really like the vase they sent either. It doesnt match my living room.

Very disappointed. This was not what I ordered. I will never order from this company again, despite having loads of things in my basket that I was going to get. Its very unprofessional.

Ordered through debenhams 3rd of May still not received ignoring all messages I send no one gets back to me debenhams trying to sort out but very slow
Last time ordered debenhams I ordered a clock and came from garden greatness they sent the wrong clock which had to keep was such a ordeal to send back

I placed an order on the 9th may, delivery was 2-4 days. Its now the 22nd may and still nothing has arrived. I've tried contacting the seller twice via email and also on their website and have had nothing back. I want to cancel the order but I cant see anyway to do that either.. so they've essentially just stolen my money.

Orderd a clock through the Debenhams website who then direct you to this company.
No clock arrived after continuous email's to Debenhams and this company kept saying wait 48hours
It's now 20th May I orderd the clock on the 17th April so a month on no clock no refund and atleast 20 email's.
Have today been told refund is on its way wait 5 days.
Not sure who I'd avoid from now on this company or Debenhams.
But horrible experience. Avoid

Only order from this company if you enjoy chasing up orders that never arrive and want to lose your money …

Slow to reply to emails - oh, and how convenient! They have no number to call 😵‍💫 When they do finally reply, they give false hope of ‘wE dIsPaTchEd iT, dID u Not gEt iT yEt?’

And fun fact - B&Q can’t do anything to help you if ordered through them so you’ll have to raise it with your bank to finally get your refund.

Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Brought item via B&Q marketplace, 3 weeks later still no item, no reply to emails or communication they won't even reply to B&Q who have since thankfully refunded my money. AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY DON'T BUY FROM THEM

Item didn't arrive no communication and no refund!!

I ordered an insect hotel for £16.99. was informed it would arrive by 11.05.26. no phone number so sent 2 e.mails with no response so far. I earn very little money and feel frustrated and angry. Ordered on Tesco marketplace Tesco say there's nothing they can do!! So why allow these scammers to use their website!!

I think it’s a shame I can’t give lower than 1 star and also that I didn’t google them before or check reviews here! Absolutely shocking service, they take your money and then never dispatch the items - what’s worse is B&Q let them constantly get away with it and it’s their ‘policy process’ that they can’t help you! Every time you message the company they get back to you 3-4 days later with more lies and false promises! Absolutely awful and disgusting customer service and company!

Item has still not arrived or been shown as processed.
Scammers !!
4 weeks so far, have contacted my bank and am not awaiting refund as garden greatness have just ignored my chasing e-mail.

Don't buy from this company took weeks to came then item came broken not what I ordered have sent lots of emails but not had any response keep clear

Poor customer service poor communication

Please don't order from this company items don't arrive they use everi as the delivery company or every none delivery. I'm out of pocket and unable to discuss it.
Nothing has arrived.
Please don't bother

I ordered directly from the company and only 2 of 3 items arrived. After contacting them twice they informed me they would send out the missing item on next day delivery. Nothing turned up either time. Since then I have requested a refund and confidently they are now not responding at all.

Don’t waste your money with this company

If only I could rate 0 stars. I ordered a side table weeks ago, by some miracle it arrived really quickly but was the complete wrong product. I sent so many emails requesting an exchange / refund and telling them what happened, all with no response from the company at all. I reordered the product and it said it would be delivered by a certain date - the date came and went and still not a word from them or update on my order. I finally heard back from them and they said it would be dispatched the next day - still nothing... I then spoke to them again and they said it would be dispatched in a further 1-2 working days?? It has now been weeks, and I still don't have my delivery. Literally INSANE?! Appalling customer service.
