This is a scam company. I ordered an agg chair and paid but no product was ever delivered. When I tried to contact the company by email there was no response. Not able to make any phone contact either. Be careful about buying from this company. I am slightly surprised they are still able to operate.

Scammers, I bought a chair and never received it. And no one answers the email or the phone. I never got my money back. I still can't believe the site is there.
I shouldn't because they are thieves.

Totally fake website beware SCAM

I placed an order on May 9th. As of June 27th, I have yet to receive any updates regarding the order's status, including whether it has been shipped. The customer service phone line appears to be unavailable, and I have been unable to contact customer service. Consequently, I was compelled to contact my bank to cancel the payment due to suspected fraudulent activity. It seems likely that this is a case of spam.

Scam website, phone line is dead, live chat is not answered, received an email saying order processed and that was the last I heard. Office address is not there I don’t live far and have checked. Paid via PayPal so have opened up a case awaiting ‘seller’ response and hopefully a refund. All their positive reviews are from accounts which haven’t reviewed any other transaction. Avoid at all costs and to be fair I should have sussed it earlier, if something is £100 less than anywhere else it’s too good to be true!

1 is too high, this company is a SCAM, avoid at all costs. I knew within minutes of paying it was a scam as they sent me a email saying thanks for creating an account which I hadn’t done. I looked on this site and my instincts were right, luckily I paid by credit card and have been refunded.

Reviews are absolutely right, it's a fake website. Really annoyed at myself for not checking these reviews first. Fake website, fake email, fake number and fake address. Bank are reviewing the chargeback request. Do not order from them .

SCAM buyer BEWARE ordered an egg chair on the 5th of June after emailing and leaving messages on their ‘chat’ heard nothing and still egg chair hadn’t turned up by the 17th June. Glad I paid through PayPal they gave me the money back writhing 24hrs..

Like many others I fell for this website which is clearly fake. Numbers and emails provided for contact are not operating. I'm hoping to claim a refund through PayPal. All positive reviews are either AI generated or a product of the smammer and his scheming team.

Ordered, paid and poooof nothing happened, they took the money and disappeared..... number is fake, no reply to emails and obviously no item....its a scam...avoid

Fake website, although I’ll give the credit for creative such a believable site and confirmation email receipt.

Item never arrived, can’t speak to no one and no emails you back. This company is on my banks black list and they are refunding as a fraudulent claim.

Scum of the earth robbing people’s money from them SCAM!!!!

Ordered an egg chair, got confirmation email and order number but when i ensiled to ask if cushions were included i got no response. Not a day later, not a week later, not a month later. Tried phoning them but the number is not genuine. Also when you google the company address its just a house on street view, not a warehouse or something like you might expect.
I was lucky enough that after 15 days my bank disputed the payment and refunded me.
Also, on my bank statement the payment appeared to be made to a Ken Debouchage, not Garden Hammock which was another red flag.

This company are a total scam and i imagine the 2 positive reviews on here are fake too.

I believe this is a fake site. The phone number doesn’t work. The live chat is not manned. I haven’t received my order and tracking says it’s “being processed”. I am fairly sure this is all a con.

Scam company lucky I payed through klarna and this is why I always pay klarna or PayPal as you can sort it out through them. Absolute scum

SCAM! Phone number doesn’t exist and no replied to emails been down as ‘processing’ for a month.

Scam company. Unfortunately I did not receive my egg chair and paid the money . They don’t respond to emails and the phone doesn’t exist. Website looked very genuine. First time I’ve been caught out.. I’ll be more careful in future .

Please welcome the latest person to fall prey to this scammer!!
I placed an order a few days ago.
Website looks genuine. Received email to say my order had been received and received an order number.
4 days later no word, 7days later tried ringing!! Number not recognised. No reply to emails! Thought i was clever when it comes to scammers - usually sniff them out but recovering from major surgery has clearly taken my eye off the ball!! Last thing i need at the moment but that's the problem with scammers - get more money from doing what they do rather than getting a real job and they don't care how or who they scam.
I have contacted my bank Halifax who deemed it fir for them to make me leave it another 15 days before I can dispute this transaction. And then the bank sai it would take upto another 35x days gor them to investigate the dispute and transaction. I informed them that this site and company is a scam and have sent them links to back up my evidence, but yet again the banks side with the scammers and deem it fit to let them have the money.
I thought the banks were there to help!!! The banking system is worse than the scammers, so the scammers will have our money for nearly 1 x month before I get any chance of getting it back!!!
