Couldn't recommend Gardenhouse24amy higher. Everything about them is first class. From pre sale queries being answered in a timely and polite manner, to the professionalism of the install team and the after sales care, I was blown away by the service.

Got the Nina 28D corner shed. Gardenhouse24 was very help throughout the process and answered all my questions. Very happy with the shed.

Gardenhouse24 gave me a lovely barrel sauna. They were very helpful when I asked to delay the delivery due to building issue. Product is amazing and the customer support was excellent

From the moment we met Laura she was fantastic, was very informative & left us roam around & look at the different cabins before we chose "sam 44" a 17ft by 14ft option. Prices are fantastic too! Waited 10 weeks for it to be delivered and it was worth the wait!! It's a gorgeous cabin & we love it!!

Good attention to detail. Lovely people. Katherine was very patient and knowledgeable in answering my many questions. The garden house was assembled very professionally and carefully. I would buy from this company again. I was very impressed.

The whole process from researching delivery to the build process was relatively painless. Gardenhouse expecially Catherine were very helpful with any queries I had.

I bought the Paris garage, which took around 3-4 days, mostly evenings to get to roof level I bought a steel boxed roof from a separate supplier.

Aside from the concrete base I went for the self build option. I wouldn’t recommend this for people who didn’t have some DIY skills.

My only gripe were the instruction which could have been a bit more detailed.

Overall a really good experience

Excellent team, very organised and the job of putting the house together was very quick and efficient.

I bought a cabin as it showed in stock, 2-3 week delivery. I didn't receive it until the 8th week after ordering. The drawing measurements on the website were off to what came with the cabin so the base had to be reduced in size which was a few hours work. Even though I had these negatives I have to praise Catherine for her great customer service. She replied very quickly to all my mails and kept me up to date on the delivery. She also gave me the roofing as a gesture for the long wait. The cabin was very easy to assemble also and very good quality. I would recommend Gardenhouse24 just double check delivery times and drawings!

We did a lot of research prior to purchasing and decided on Gardenhouse 24 and travelled from Waterford to their showrooms. The girl was so helpful and knowledgeable and we were impressed with the quality and value. Catherine took over once order was placed and we are delighted with our purchase. We availed of their installation package and the lads were unreal & ploughed through the work. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Catherine is very knowledgeable and helpful.Anything we needed to know was answered.We ordered a Madrid 44 to self build and it was stored over winter for us then delivered from Co Clare to Derry.The kit itself was excellent.Every nut,bolt screw and plank was present.It is a pleasure to build.It can be daunting when parting with large amounts of money for a cabin coming via Lithuania or wherever but Catherine is true to her word.

Gardenhoue 24 are absolutely brilliant. The came a month ahead of schedule, the cabin cabin is perfect brilliantly finished ,the men worked well and finished it in one day,Catherine is so easy to deal with the list goes on

I ordered the Paul 70 unit from Gardenhouse24 and founds Catherine a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. She was always quick to respond to queries and was a great communicator. The lads that installed the unit were also great, very professional and friendly and worked long hours to get completed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gardenhouse24 to family or friends.

We love our gorgeous cabin and the top professionalism we experienced from Gardenhouse24 from the moment I placed the order. They really went above and beyond for us, included extra insulation, a laminate floor and a discount on interior painting. Huge thanks for making this so easy from start to finish. Many thanks to the assembly crew who worked tirelessly with heart and soul from day one,working long days(and night!) to complete the finished painted product. Gardenhouse24 has an excellent website and their virtual tour of the showsite is a must.
