Delivery late, bits missing, no parts check at the factory so customer has to check every piece of wood that aren't labeled up for size etc etc. Flat roof design is not fit for purpose causing me to have a massive puddle and fitting instructions wrong telling me to put the wrong floor in causing an issue with the sliding doors. Build quality of the supplied wood good though.

Great communication and delivered when we were told it would be. Boy's who assembled it were very professional and neat. Overall very satisfied

Excellent summer house, even better in real life than the pictures I saw. The quality is superb and the construction of the summer house went really well.

We got our cabin room finished recently and are very happy with the result. I must say that Catherine was excellent and even though there were issue during installation, Catherine did everything possible to sort them out. The glass on a couple of the windows was broken during delivery but like I said, Catherine sourced a local glass vendor and coordinated resolution of issue. Challenges often arise but its a make of a company how they respond to it and in this case Catherine stepped up. Therefore would highly recommend.

We chose a large flat roofed cabin. The build was not quite as simple as we had hoped and with the roof trim the instructions were a little lacking. We relied heavily on the help on the end of the phone. It all took longer than we had anticipated but we are pleased with the final results.

The garden house itself we absolutely love and would highly recommend. The guys who put it up were brilliant and we have had a lot of use out of it. However the after sales care has left us disappointed as we had a small issue with one of the glass doors and no one ever got back to us.

It is a beautiful design and went up within a week. We are delighted!

We were very happy with the overall service and support from Gardenhouse24. Catherine was always available and as we had a garden designer in was great to know she was in direct contact with them. The installation went really well with no issues on meeting the agreed timelines.

Excellent service and product. I bought the Kevin garden room and it's a great product. Catherine in Miltown Malbay is really helpful and knowledgeable, and the three installers Billy, Daniel and Conor were very pleasant and knowledgeable also

Terrible and uncaring service. Every single deadline missed. Zero communication and no internal coordination. It took over six months from the order date. It still isn't finished but no one will take any responsibility for the poor and shoddy workmanship.

Go anywhere but here.

We are absolutely delighted with our Monaco Garden Shed. It only took a few days and the assembly team were brilliant. Catherine was on hand if we had any questions or issues. Over all it's fantastic value and the service provided is second to none.
