Garmin Europe 

When I bought my NUVI 350 I took out and paid for a lifetimes map update.
I am now told my NUVI 350 is too old to except updates.
I paid for a service which I can no longer receive.
I was not informed this would happen, so wasted my money.
I will no longer use Garmin products, or recommend them.
I am a dissatisfied, unhappy ex customer.

I had a Garmin Vivoactive 4 bought for me on Christmas in good faith over two years ago now and just this last week it started switching off when the battery still had lots of power in it so I can no longer use it... Anyway I phoned Garmin Customer Services to talk about this issue and when they looked into it they admitted there was a "Manifacturers Issue" with this particular model but they did not offer to replace it... they offered a Watch made up of old parts for £134 or 20% off another watch... this is totally unacceptable considering they knew there was a problem and these watches should have been recalled n replaced with the same model or another model of a similar specification... this is disgusting behavior by this company when customers pay their hard earned money to buy a supposedly quality product... sadly this watch doesn't fit into this category so therefore due to this really bad experience I am posting this very, very negative review...

So in a nutshell a word of warning never purchase a watch from this company because they have no intentions of rectifying their mistakes and will leave customers high n dry... this is summed up by their lack of communication to my post one here as well as other customers negative reviews too, this in itself speaks volumes...

A loyal Garmin user but I’ll never buy Garmin again. My £600 forerunner 965 developed a fault after only a few months and Garmin customer support couldn’t care less. They offered me a replacement with a second hand refurbished unit and of a different colour which was not acceptable to me. I bought a brand new premium watch which failed and I expect it to be replaced with a brand new watch. I have taken the matter up with trading standards

The Garmin forerunner watch I bought was supposed to be Bluetooth compatible. It's compatible with only 8 different types of headphones. I talked to customer service who said tough, the compatible devices were buried in the FAQs which you should have read before purchase. I'm now stuck with a watch that doesn't work as advertised.

Since this version, it is no longer possible to EDIT all installed apps, for which an update is available if the device software version is not updated.

Garmin, there is NO obligation under European law for the customer to update the FW if the device is working.

I live in Europe, and I am not willing to do such a forced update!

Currently you have made my device unusable only by preventing me from editing my apps, data fields and watchfaces with this Connect IQ update. The button for “Settings” is grayed out (see screenshot).

Undo this immediately with the next Connect IQ app update! !

There are some paid apps on my watch whose settings you are preventing with this Connect IQ App update.

Both my watch and the apps installed on it work well. There is no need for me to update the watch or the apps on it.

Restore the possibility of app settings. ASAP

Site qui imite à la perfection le véritable site officiel mais c’est une arnaque ! Vous ne recevrez jamais le produit commandé ni même de confirmation de la commande. À fuir absolument !!! Je ne comprends même pas que ce site puisse encore exister !

Site d'arnaque, ils demandent tes références de carte bancaire pour valider un achat. La procédure ne va pas au bout donc pas d'achat mais ils ont récupérés les coordonnées de la carte bancaire...

Arnaque !!!!! À fuir. Le site mouline et il n'y a jamais de mail de confirmation. Vite faire opposition avant que la somme soit débloqué et perdu.

au moment de payer (delais tres longs), le montant prelevé sur l'app de ma banque apparait en USD, pour un montant tres different.

J'ai refusé la transation et ai vu apparaitre des demande de paiement pour des "petits (<30USD)" paiements (toujours en USD) sur des sites comme tenu...
