customer service was absolutely brilliant, i asked for help regarding wiring and the seller sent detailed pictures with exact instructions on what to do, would definitely buy from again, good reliable seller.

I’ve had an ongoing issue with my PC for months where the graphics card kept causing the machine to restart, and my second screen constantly refused to connect properly. It was driving me absolutely mad.

Alex Garner at Garner Tech logged in remotely, diagnosed the issue within minutes, updated the drivers, sorted the GPU problems, and had everything running properly again in about 15 minutes flat. Genuinely brilliant support.

Alex also builds some seriously impressive gaming PCs and high end office machines that are built to last, not just thrown together quickly.

Ordered my PC from here. Was an initial error in the listing offering too much VRAM. They honoured the offering at the lower price and despatched really quickly. Computer is fantastic and the after care brilliant also.

I was looking for parts to build a pc for myself for roughly £1000-1500, and saw one prebuilt by these and had to buy it. Saved me time setting it up, and was suprised by how cheap it was. Will be buying stuff again from these when needed.

Honestly the title says it all, ordered a PC for a 2 PC stream, didn't need anything too powerful, but also wanted to use the PC for LAN, So my requirements were. a 40 series GPU, and Fairly compact. Alex worked with me for the parts needed. Build is very well done, no issues, great cable management, I cannot complain. Alex also answered many questions after receival of the machine.

I sent in a custom parts order list and Alex spent the time to help me refine and customise it. The process was very quick and easy, with short response times and sterling communication. The team had it ordered and built within a week and it was securely delivered out. I cannot thank Alex and his team enough, they have done a cracking job and given a great service. I would highly recommend them.

Superb. From start to finish.

For someone that started with little gaming PC knowledge, alex has gone above and beyond. Helping from day one and always being available to answer all my queries day and night.

I found the website very useful aswell. Being able to customize various components and getting a price for the different configurations really proved helpful in deciding what's best for me.

My PC was built quickly, and it was very professionally packaged, and very well put together.

Though we did have a small issue with heavy handed couriers, alex proved once again I made the right decision choosing Garner Tech and went put of his way to ensure my PC was perfect in a very speedy manner.

In short, if you're looking for someone to build you a PC I wouldn't hesitate. Your money is in safe hands, and perhaps equally as important the service is fast, personal, professional and extremely helpful with whatever your questions may be. Faultless. Easy 5 stars.
