I attended counselling with Garry at Barham Court, Maidstone. I found Garry through Google and decided to contact him because i was severely depressed and didn't know who to turn to. I found talking to Garry very easy but at times I found it emotional. Garry used Grounding stones / semi-precious stones, Water jar and Cards during counselling. It made me feel comfortable and it gave me reassurance that I was being helped. I would recommend Garry to anyone looking for a professional, approachable and non-judgemental counsellor.
