I can aspire to be like him. Not only did he answer ‘every question,’ he did so with humility. many of your customers come to your business with a complete lack of knowledge like myself. Sure, they may have done research on their own, but they expect your employees to be the expert as it was in my case , expert, positive and supportive. I really appreciated.
