Great communication from ordering to delivering, with a very quick delivery time plus the parts were very well packaged.

Ordered Range Rover Vogue side steps (OEM style) in black which arrived very quickly, well packaged and were installed by my local garage at a fraction of the cost it would have been to order them and get them fixed by JLR. They look amazing, are very good quality and I'm really impressed.
The only slight confusion was the boxes holding the steps were labelled incorrectly (L & R taken from looking at the car instead of sitting in the drivers seat) but the garage managed to figure it out.
Would definitely recommend and buy again for my next JLR.

Ordered two items, Emailed them same day to change the delivery address, Got email confirmation of changed delivery address prior to despatch, Parcel then turned up at the wrong address with 1/2 items missing, Emailed them and was told they didn't receive my email prior to despatch which is a lie as they had sent me confirmation of the changed address and not only was it a picking error for the missing item but it was now out out stock for 4 weeks and did I want a refund or to wait so I responded happy to wait, 4 weeks later emailed them again after no item and no further contact and they claimed that they hadn't received my happy to wait response and the item had supposedly come back into stock and gone out of stock again during those 4 weeks and was now out of stock for 6 - 8 weeks, Refund time, Item ordered 31/05/25, refund cleared 8/07/25, 39 days wasted to then order elsewhere, Any company that thinks customers will wait 3 months for an item do not deserve customers, AVOID

Fiddly to fit, but that’s BMW’s fault, not these guys.

i have order bmw x5 side step i recieve 2 left side and call the company for this issue they said they dont have any side step left in stock thats ok.they said they will collect and refund the money its been more then 10 days i had to call them again because no email or call about collection or the money
poor customer service

These 5 stars are purely for Jordan who works in the warehouse side, was very apologetic the fact my issue wasn’t resolved and was appalled to hear his colleagues didn’t get back to him when telling me they would with him being off, was in constant communication with myself after telling him I’d been ignored twice before.
Got the item picked up from the courier completely free, gave me a full refund and also is going to let me know when the right part I’m wanting is back in stock.

Ordered some bmw f20 grilles and enquiried to see when they would be delivered,I was told my order had been missed,but after apologising I was told my order would be sent that afternoon,this was late Friday afternoon and Saturday morning first thing my order arrived,thanks very much for an excellent service and my new grilles look so good now fitted.

The measure of a reliable supplier is determined when resolving a problem and GBT passed with flying colours. An issue with a cosmetic defect on some Discovery side steps was handled efficiently and with good communication from Jordan. Would certainly recommend and use again.

Could do with more info regarding fitting mud flaps but quality good , roof bars also good quality and look great
