I think I made a mistake when I did a withdrawal,before reading policy that I only can make withdrawal to the same account which I had made the investment from.
However, I had made a withdrawal to a different account, and ever since that happened; I haven't received any money to my account. I still have access to my account in the galaxy where I access the history and see the fund I withdrawn was there with the time and date.
I don't understand I'm puzzle because I still have access to the staking and investment but the withdrawal is not supported.

They stole millions of investor’s money and shut down their website on 29.03.2025.
They used misleading information to operate. Their website is registered in China, obtained MSB LICENSE in US using a much bigger company’ initials called Galaxy.com . They took the initials of Galaxy.com Galaxy Digital Currency Exchange Center - which is the shortened GDCEC and they added usd to it. Their MSB registration number was 31000228324021. Business registered at 1624 Market Denver St Ste, 226 #30327 ZIP 80202. The address location appears to be a park and market center on Google map. They were not associated with any company found on internet and provided a hidden customer service via Telegram. They lied to some investors that they are having an event in US that is why the site is down. Also told others that they are maintaining their site. No investor received a prior notification before they shut it down. I believe the authorities and FBI should hunt them down.
