I had a problem with my clay thrower spoke to Gary and sent him videos of the thrower ? He called and said he would sent me a replacement which he did I returned my thrower ,the new thrower is much better than the previous one , so all in all I am very happy great service regards Robin Payne

Customer service from this company is a joke, no reply to emails sent and if you telephone them, you will always get the answer machine. Leave a message and no one will ever get back to you.

Now have a fox trap that’s not fit for purpose and there’s nothing I can do about it 🤬

In other words customer service doesn’t actually exist 😤

Ordered a Gaurdian Leather Slipstand Gunslip and on receiving the item next day I was impressed by the quality of the item. When I ordered the Gunslip I spoke to both Gary and Dave who were excellent with Customer Service and Support and I would not hesitate to recommend buying from them.

GDK provided an excellent customer service and were very helpful. It was a comfortable shopping experience. The goods purchased arrived promptly, earlier than expected, and was packaged well. The gun stand was of high quality and well made. I would definitely purchase from GDK again!

I'm amending my review of GDK Trading due to an above and beyond response from one of their staff members, Gary, to reply to a query I had initially that was left unanswered.
I understood the delay that Gary explained fully, and he quickly sorted out my problem.
Top class service, and would definately recommend GDK to anyone!

I'm impressed with GDK. Very impressed.

Having bought what I thought was a good gun cabinet from Dirty Pro Tools I found myself with a heap of junk that wouldn't open by hand (even with the bolts retracted). A gentle tug with a suction cup used to remove an iMac screen that was placed on the door broke the hinge on the Dirty Pro Tools Cabinet. I should not be able to do that with a product designed to be secure and police approved.

Communication with that company was nigh on useless to impossible.

Gary at GDK was the polar opposite of Dirty Pro Tools.

He understood my predicament, showed me options, sent me images and video of a new release cabinet, and demonstrated patience with someone dealing with the aftermath of buying with a poor quality rival. And as for communication - that was easy... by phone or WhatsApp.

The new cabinet arrived - in contrast to the former - well packaged and in perfect condition. It also worked first time.

For the record, it's a biometric cabinet that is so revelatory in its use. No more hunting for the right key in the key safe. I just use a finger print (a la iPhone) or a PIN number on the screen and I'm in. And if the electronics or battery fail, there's a key backup.

Buying a new cabinet was a lesson in 'buy right or buy twice.' I should have gone straight to GDK.

The wobbler unit on the trap I bought failed after 3 days use. Once communication with Gary at GDK had been established, the problem was soon sorted when a spare part arrived in the post. Hopefully, it won't fail again.

Item is great, dispatch was quick but the FedEx delivery has lots of room for improvement.
